No, it'll be god awful. Doubt it'll capture the art style, and no way it can have the fan-service at the levels the manga has, and that's not just talking about nudity, that's considering the situations, loli, etc. On top of all that, it'll just attract retards, including ones that will no doubt bitch about even the limited amount of fan service the anime will try to show.

Kanokon is another great example with a big and a small girl, but those two were pretty much the only ones. Maken-Ki two also works, but most girls in that series are big and it has plenty of rabid fans as well, Triage X is the worst example because its fans are absolutely terrible and every girl in that is big.

I think the main issue is proper anatomy. Part of the reason that Hamada's art is so appealing is that he pays a lot of attention to anatomical correctness, this is also part of what make his fight scenes great. Anime studio really don't have a great track record with paying attention to anatomy.
