I was just thinking with the preorders coming up that there's nothing for Seiso, the process itself is pretty simple but it's very time consuming, although some cases there's an issue where if you put a transparent layer ontop of another transparent part it gets darker, it's sort of a small thing and you have to look close to see it but I'm a bit of a perfectionist, for Seiso specifically there was another issue with her casual clothes and the school school swimsuit having the same filename.

Speaking of the school swimsuit when doing Seiso I also realized the Seiso side has no full school swimsuit sprite, that was a bit of a surprise I thought she got more than the upclose version. For the sports uniform I wish the Genji clones got that too, Haou is the only one with one.

Shame, if there was some Seiso/Haou pre.order stuff I'd preorder in a heartbeat but guess I have to make do with the A2/A3 ones. I got rather sick of doing the edits after multiple instances of overwriting the original sprite, saving the wrong file type, moving the top layer 1 pixel over and not noticing until I save the file etc.

There's some basic things I look for when doing these sprites, when I put the face in place I move the face layer left/right/up/down and see if the pixels drag like this, if it does I know I'm in the right spot.

After I saved it every now and then I also double checked by opening the file normally and seeing if there was any difference to the one before it, since I'm the thorough type I double checked it far more than I needed too, on the plus side I can guarantee no mistakes.

A-2 and A-3 has it's circumstances but I think it could have showed up in A-4 and A-5.

Well IIRC we do see Rinchu in the sports uniform with Yamato particularly looking at her ass and quite frankly it's better the events didn't happen in Rinchu's route because it was already too short to begin with. It should have appeared in Yoshitsune's route though, especially considering all the contests between her and Aki.

For Rinchu from what I understand a bunch of her route was cut, from what was left they pushed aside most of Shishin and Youshi and developed Bushou and Kosonshou, if the routes were at it's ideal I think it should have shown up.

I think the whole premise of the route should of been different with Yoshitsune but if it did go with the premise that it did it should of shown up, the way I imagine it the event starts off with who wins the most events and then the principle thinks up an event to get everyone fired up where every year can participate sort of like how they did in Kokoro's route, although the actual event itself would be different than taking the item from Jhen mohran.

As for the sprite thing it takes time, there's no way I can bring myself to do more than one a week, no matter what you do you can't rush 100-200+ sprites.

The original plan by the looks of things was to have longer routes for A-4 because it take more time to setup both the Ryouzanpaku and the West group. They're probably just adding miniroutes for the new characters that were popular. Aki became instantly popular in Yoshitsune's route, and apparently Bushou also had a lot of popularity, so they got them. Sheila became popular too, but for her they just gave her another ending in Takae's route.

Honestly, I would like to see after routes for Seiso, Benkei and Yoshitsune (non-threesome ending because it really made no fucking sense that one, unlike Margit's). Specially Seiso, since because of plot there were few scenes after they started going out, unlike Benkei and Yoshitsune. I wouldn't mind that they tried to compete a bit for Yamato's affection at one point, it would make quite a fun scene to see.

I think Yamato's chemistry with Chris is so bad it actually ends up being good. She forces him to work hard and stay a little more serious than he otherwise would, while he helps to broaden her attitudes on what she thinks is right and wrong.

Basically I think there's the sense that the two of them work play off each other and help improve each other's personalities, which isn't something you often see with other girls who are more similar personality-wise to Yamato.
