I don't believe that Chiaki is going to die. Here are my reasons:

There were. If you look at her expressions and the way she speaks, she's very monotone, she isn't very expressive, her eyes look dull, empty, and soulless, and even when she tried to express emotions, they felt forced, or outright fake (e.g. forced smiling at Naegi during their conversation).

She doesn't have any of that emotional glow that she had in Zetsubou-hen pre-brainfuck. I assumed that she just had become significantly more tempered over the years with her class succumbing to despair, but apparently not. But it's pretty clear that for all her pretenses otherwise, she doesn't give a shit about the average person. I'm not sure if any of you noticed this, but Chisa's stomach has slightly increased in size between the episodes. I think she is probably pregnant with Munakata's child. You can also tell by the way she walks, and the distance between her legs. Also the fact that she wears a maid outfit, which symbolizes maternity, and that it is just beneath her knees (Not too high, not too low) leads me to believe she is pregnant.

So how is everything even going to end now?
