Almost. I was greatly attracted to Mai when I saw her in this trailer. She just had the subtle traits and qualities I just then realized made the perfect girl for me. I genuinely loved her by the time the series ended.

Oh yeah dude, I'd recommend it to anyone. Great over the top mecha tropes abound, surprisingly good amount of character development, and some of the best fanservice I've seen in an anime, and I'm not usually one for that.
