MD Geist is garbage. Its not even a fun popcorn flick OVA. Its trash and shit.

Sounds pretty popcorn-y to me

For 80s OVAs, it's quite good. I really don't understand the hate. Unless you just don't like 80s action OVAs, in which case it doesn't make sense for you to watch it.

Geist is only hated by people who liked 90s moeshit.

Geist is alright, but gets carried by Kageyama and Takahashi. It has a lot of style without substance but there isn't anything wrong with that, it's good to watch once.

The only real failure of Geist is that there is no modern kit for his suit of armor.

Have you guys watched the second episode? I've watched over 100 ova from the 80's/90's and that was genuinely one of the worst and most boring things I've ever seen.

The first episode is pretty fun, but if it didn't have it's amazing opening song it wouldn't be half as well liked

Too bad nothing fucking happens because they for some reason thought the best part of MDgiest was the story and not literally everything else
