No info thus far, but I would bet on at least some of the events of the three light novels (Jurai aka Yosho, Kagato, Washu) showing up. If this takes place after season 3 then as far as I remember all the major conflicts have been resolved.

Did you watch Ai!, the one with the tiny episodes?
The OVAs have him act occasionally, the high point of action being the fight against Kagato in OVA 1.
Mostly it's SoL with the focus on the girls. Tenchi just wants to farm carrots and keep Ryoko and Ayeka from killing each other.
Try it. it's good.
Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari, the spinoff about his little brother, has significantly more action in the form of giant robot fights.

OVA3 was essentially a boat that the captain could barely keep from sinking. The crew trying their best to repair what they could but it would inevitably crash in on itself and sink.

OVA4 might not be as bad as that. Considering that this is one of their flagship titles, they might put more care in how it plays out. We'll see in time.

One dude, seven girls at the end, and a harem end is shown in the creator's doujins, which he has to make because he doesn't own the rights.
There's also two more guys with harems in spinoffs.

It was the series that set the groundwork for the harem genre, but Love Hina was the formula that was followed instead.
