Considering Lastborn is an immortal human, I would assume that all of her levels would be in job classes, since humans don't have racial levels. Looking at the NPC character sheets, it looks as though NPCs that have few racial levels have superior stats to those who have a lot of racial levels e.g. Demiurge vs Albedo.
