If you read above, it's mentioned that only the 12 Olympians and cloths touched by Godly blood have God Cloths.

Thantos and Hypnos aren't in those 12, so they have to make do with what Hades provided them. Hades himself isn't actually one of the 12 Olympians, he got cucked out of the spot by zeus and Poseidon's shenanigans in mythology, which is why he doesn't have one either.

I found the source of the decent ones I saw on mangasaurus at the time, i'll be dumping them. I was also able to find out that EBJ has even higher quality digital releases, and I found a tool to rip the pages, but I don't have the 100$ to buy all the volumes and to rip them yet, nor the time to typeset ennglish onto them.

Yeah, in Jump it ended during a clash between Seiya and Hades and had some text saying "the last battle between Hades and the Saints hasn't been recorded" or something

Thankfully it was continued one week later in V-Jump, but at the time of publishing Kurumada even called it a Gaiden / Side-Story (Japan just loves throwing these terms around) but at least it made its way to the compiled volume.

Don't think it was exactly a skirmish between editorial and Kurumada though, this was published in V-Jump's debut issue. They'd need the muscle to make the magazine popular.

Here's my biggest issue with the Hades arc.
Saint Seiya is about normal kids pushing it to the max to defy destiny, but Kuru fucked it up by adding some "Pegasus and Hades are linked" plaging the franchise to this day.
Also Gods are boring opponents. Sure you can end the arc with one (Poseidon did it better since it's a human using him), but by this point I'm already overdosed with Thanos and Thanatos.
The god clothes are also too much, it makes the efforts of the saints look cheap since it can be seen as them relying on the super powerup instead of reaching miracles on their own.
