I read the manga after I watched it and it was certainly better. Why did they change it in the anime?

It was good. Didn't care for the ships so wasn't fazed by startling relationship revelations.

I don't usually care for this kind of genre but I enjoyed it. It wasn't perfect but the drama had me interested without being cliche or pointlessly grimdark. The ending with all his friends and family catching his wheelchair bound ass was pretty retarded though.

The cover made me think it was gonna lead to MC with girl but whatever it's fine. I don't really get why the killer was so attached to MC. why did the teenage girl like MC again? I got nothing, kind of forgot the show so it didn't really leave an impression.

Even in the manga, the final chapter seems lacking.

It was pretty interesting early on. I first started the manga back when scans were actually fucking dead almost 2 years ago. Revisited it once i heard it was getting an anime but frankly I think it got way worse as it went on. Kind of failed to succeed as the thriller mystery I thought it would be and didn't generate any suspense. Shit was just too obvious and simple, and the villain was an autist.

Watched it completely on a whim with no idea what it would be about and I was pleasantly surprised. The time traveling aspect was a refreshing twist to the murder mystery of it but it was obvious who the killer was from very early on. That being said I'd give it a 8/10 the last scene was pretty touching. He got his waifu in his fixed timeline.
