Well, the best thing i could reccomend you are Shinichiro Watababe's series, maybe with the exception of Zankyo no Terror, they're quite accesible and they all have amazing Dubs
I'll probably watch Cowboy Bebop first because is his best work.

It took me three tries to get past episode 4. Pretty sure I have a shitty attention span because I could only watch it when I was in a mood to. Eventually on the third try of watching it I got extremely into it. EoE is really good, and the rebuilds aren't the best but they're still worth watching. The first Rebuild movie is a remake of the first few episodes, and the second one starts out the same but changes drastically during the middle. Third one is completely original content.
