Okay so now we're jumping into some dangerous territory.

For the most part up until now it's been almost entirely quirk-driven, but it could easily get very silly if we're going to start introducing people who can do superhuman things just by "training".

Deku can do everything at a superhuman level basically, but she can move faster than he can keep up with because she was "trained"? I seriously hope she was lying about her quirk having nothing to do with being able to move that fast.

Unless it's implying she melted under the rubble to disappear from sight.

Uraraka wouldn't get that treatment no matter how you look at it. I posted this before in an older thread, but Deku and Uraraka mirror Taiga and Aika from Mx0. Both are basically pure pure boy and girls set as the conservative types, with the boy being an alpha when in a pinch and using ingenuity to overcome crisis, while the girl is slowly but surely falling for the boy but is once again, conservative and pure about it.

Even the fact that Deku entered a school he has no business going in through meeting a teacher (in this case future teacher) and subsequently gaining a secret power that no one is allowed to know is similar.

The biggest differences are that MHA is a battle manga while Mx0 was a romcom or something, so Kuzumi was even more of a madman but he was never a beta so he doesn't get punished for it, and that MHA has a lot of side characters to rival Deku, while Kuzumi was pretty much an Isekai-tier MC who stood head and shoulders above everyone despite not even having the ability to use magic in a magic school.

But I digress, the point is, it's very clear Uraraka was made to be a homely angel type. All her 'dark thoughts' are merely adorable moments like when she got fired up to make money or when she learned kung fu.

I started watching the anime and really enjoyed the first several episodes until I realized it was an adaptation and stopped watching.
