You can manually input what you paid on MFC. That's what I do. Then you can export the CSV if you want an actual spreadsheet. Maybe not as good as a custom spreadsheet but it can be done.

I'm not entirely sure about this anymore, but I think last time I checked the english Kindle app wasn't all that compatible with Japanese books. Running the file through calibre and then using Google play books or just about any other e-reader app to open it works fine though, so it shouldn't be that much of a problem.
