Zetsubou-hen can be wrapped up very easily while also tying into Mirai-hen perfectly. Besides the events we already know are going to happen, the only thing they need to do anymore is to have Chiaki meet Chihiro, Matsuda and Miaya.

Mirai-hen's a bit tougher, but after roboMiaya's death and the next sleep phase there's pretty much a free path to solving the case, especially with the overground tower falling.

It's actually not that hard. They don't have very much left to cover in Mirai-hen.

It's basically just: kill off Aoi and Juzo via. Munakata and Togami via. the building collapsing, identify the traitor, identify the mastermind, deduce the 16th player, Jabberwock, and figure out their location. Major HOPE drama.

So basically 1 episode for mostly Jabberwock and ded Togami, 1 episode for the Munakata rape train, 1 episode for deduction, 1 episode for the finale of the deduction/mastermind reveal and some sort of catch-22 that Naegi and Kirigiri have to overpower (e.g. KiriJunko).

They might gloss over Jabberwock in lieu of having all the HOPE in one spot as well. It'll wrap up decently.
