Although, must admid Adeu was slightly less annoying than in the series. I thin TV version was legitemately the most annoying shonen battle series MC I've seen

I actually like episodic shows liek Mars Daybreak, and the cast was varied and likeable enough to make it memorable to me. That and the fact that it takes place underwater with underwater mecha, which is almost unique on its own.

Yeah, its kind of impressive how much hentai things like this or Ai Yori aoshi spawned back in the day. Now seasonal harems barely get any attention in the comiket.

I guess its because back then the concept was still someway fresh.

I don't remember the bad anime, I just remember the good. Although the old Key shows were really forgotten after Kyoani did remakes, and who ever watched the Clannad movie?

I only remember the anime from when I started to watch anime in huge quantities (first year after finishing college) regardless of its quality.

And I'm pretty sure now I watch even more anime than I watched then (except now I watch it week by week instead of marathons), but for some reason when someone ask I can only remember shows from 2000-2006 or so, fuck I don't even remember most things I watched 2010-2015, man I can't even tell what I saw last season.
