No. Garlic and tomatoes are very bad for dogs. It's also high in fat and salt, which won't kill the dog but it'll probably give him the shits. Onions are also poisonous to dog, but not every pizza has onions.

In Japan, the toppings are creative and distinct flavour to complement the pizza bread. Some people found them very odd, like cuttlefish, etc. In USA, the toppings are meaty and greasy, they are satisfying and tasty but not much variety. As a person who lives outside Japan and USA, all I can say is East is East, West is West

My dog eats pizza from time to time. He doesn't like to eat onions ( dogs aren't stupid, they know what is bad for them) from fruits he eats: banana, watermelon, apple, blueberry.
