Can anyone who knows japanese tell if the dialogue is that cheesy in the original language? I feel this would have been a much better scene if nobody but Speedwagon said anything after Dio's MUDAs, and when Speedwagon's dialogue is some of the best in a scene you know there's a problem

Shigechi could have seriously killed Kira though.

Harvest is fucking broken. For someone who's supposedly dumber than Okuyasu, he uses it in some very inventive and clever ways.

It's way too practical, in and out of combat, and if he didn't touch Kira's coin he could have taken Kira on (and maybe even won). The environment was flat and there was nothing else in the area to touch, and Harvest has such a great range he could have overwhelmed Killer Queen and got away at full health at the very least, alerting Josuke of Kira's appearance before he's able to bomb the door handle, assuming he gets there before Kira can reach him with Sheer Heart Attack.

Is there a reason Araki's art is so sameface now? This was never a problem before.

As much as I love Steel Ball Run and JoJolion's art, I would have preferred if Araki stuck to the mid-to-late Part 4 style and just polished up the shading and anatomy or some shit. It was expressive and visually appealing but without the blockheads of Part 3, the inconsistency of Part 6, or the sameface of Part 7 onwards.

I looked through the covers back when we first saw it. None of them was an exact match and the ones that were closest to it were indeed significantly less flashy.

I can really dig that kind of coloring when it's just for one cover, but if you're going to give a character a default palette for anime, games, or the colored manga then it's way too much. That being said I also dislike anime Jotaro's black coat and anime Koichi's grey hair.

As far as I know the drummer for King Crimson was actually introduced to JoJo and took a liking so maybe we can get a King Crimson ED. It's a similar situation with the Part 4 ED as the lead singer is a big JoJo fan. Also the fact that King Crimson and Savage Garden were signed by Warner Bros.
