Looks pretty bland and the animation doesn't look that special either. So many jap fiction about living during the war just end up being "Living is tough and so is war" general message, and honestly I wish people would be more creative with the setting. Millenium actress actually used the war as a piece of its story telling, rather than making it the end itself.
