I first read through all of them in one sitting, then went back and systematically rated them as if I was reading through in order. So I first ranked story 1 and 2. Then went to story 3 and decided where it fit, etc. I did it on pen and paper to have the most realistic experience.

Some of the ranking decisions were tough but in my opinion the last story won by a lot.

I should probably go back and read all of the girls' routes. Hotaru's was pretty creepy seeing how the professor and everyone from the film club presumably went crazy then disappeared.

Yeah because those are literally everywhere right? Where were these people when Touma's school was destroyed just by HP? Skill out came in too late before they could even try out anything.
