Togami, Kirigiri, and Naegi were the three people to enter the NWP at the end of SDR2. If Kirigiri and Naegi are half Junkoified, it's obvious that Togami would be too.

A perfect candidate to run everything from the shadows, don't you think? Especially with the knockout drugs that can basically allow TogamiJunko to time things so that the game always takes place when Junko is kicking around instead of Togami.

Optionally, Togami could just be the only person who was fully Junkoified for no reason, or he's insurance and off being Junko somewhere else just in case she 'loses'.

There's also the side possibility that no one is actually running the game, and the NG codes are a bluff with the Farmer as a sacrifice, it's all being done autonomously. I mean, Monokuma isn't really talkative, which is really weird for Danganronpa, so it's possible that a participant is responsible.

Now that some characters are gone, I realize that I might have been better off choosing my Free Time a little more wisely. I basically spent all of my time with Celeste and have +2 SP to show for it.

Not all of those twists need be executed. Like, Monokuma meido Chisa doesn't need to happen, she could have been merely complacent in the killing game, or thought it was just to root out the final despairfags with the threat of death or emulated deaths, but no actual deaths. However, she was killed by Kirigiri or Naegi, people that she'd expect to be the LAST to kill her, hence the tears.

I mean, there's plenty of time to handle things, like Yu Narukami can easily be killed by KiriJunko/despair papa within a couple episodes. He's practically begging to die at the hands of a real antagonist or Juzo at this point.

Either way, we're not even halfway through. I really wouldn't be surprised if despair papa or KiriJunko is revealed next episode, or even the following one.

He didn't use this speech pattern even once in the first episode either. He responds frankly with 'correct' and so forth.
