I feel like most of it is going to be done by Shaft and KyoAni. Stuff that achieved mainstream success but isn't Attack on Titan or whatever because those are polarizing due to their popularity. Something like Madoka is probably the best candidate because you can say "it's a genre deconstruction with an experimental art style" to imply its artistic merit but it's also safe because everyone liked it unlike a lot of weird art house stuff.

Also, I feel like K-On was super influential on the look and feel of post-2010 anime so that'll probably find its place in history

The last classic for me personally was disappearance. Bakemonogatari S1 was okay but only the last episode will probably be remembered for years to come. Shows like Shirobako/Hibike are great but there's not much to talk about them so they are a bit forgettable.

Other shows like Love Live/Attack on Titans will be remembered for different reasons, but they are hardly "classics".

Sincerely, looking at past's patterns showcases that how well people will remember something is a bit random.

Popularity, while crucial, doesn't mean the show can't be forgotten, especially if all the fans are casuals who move on far too easily.

Quality also doesn't mean much, there is a lot of good shit that was just swept under the sand.

In general, having rabid fans that stick to the series after years, having popular personalities who keep recommending said show and being relevant to the genre helps.

But you should always try to deal with the fact that in a few years most of the stuff you liked could be forgotten.
