No more than normal; she's officially one of the top 20 most popular characters within TM, so of course she's going to get some precedence and favor over some other people. However this was always sort of the case.

As long as Japan is doing something Extra related, or related to Japanese events within FGO, she'll show up.

Her showing up more at the moment is most likely due to more Extra related things happening right now, such as Extella or the anime.
