Brandon had a hard life. Also, would skipping the fist episode be a good idea? I feel like the introduction of the Orgmen would be too much of a drastic change to a viewer who didn't watch the first ep. Would the twist be worth not knowing that the series get ruined ?

The bulk of the story revolves around Brandon and G̶r̶i̶f̶f̶e̶t̶h̶ er I mean Harry, working their way into the mafia family. The first episode shits all over that premise and sets the wrong tone for the meat of the story.
