I'd like to pinch Koharu.

What I thought was best about this episode wasn't all the obvious stuff, like getting more Ako development, seeing her Subaru love, her interactions with Kanata, and coming to the same realization that Laura did. It was the small stuff. How M4 wasn't perfect during the recording and hesitated in their lines, how there's a single jab from Nozomu to Subaru about Yume, but nothing more, how Koharu was the clumsy one instead of Yume, who would be obvious, or Ako, who we see tripping in the OP. And especially how near the end when Ako takes a deep breath like she told Koharu to, but they don't say anything. Koharu doesn't give her a look, there's no nod to the audience; they have faith that viewers will understand it. It's that kind of respect that's been lacking in certain other little girl shows currently airing that makes you feel like they really care.

Also next week already looks amazing.
