The idea of mindfucking or killing people through casual games is still an amusing concept to me.
This is true.
Beating time powers intrudes on bad ground. The problem mainly being that any conflict can be avoided by traveling back in time to prevent the conflict from ever happening or something like that.
I'm still looking for a series that gives the protagonist time powers and does it justice.
Since when were you under the impression that you weren't going to get rekt
Proper "time-travel" powers will always include a high risk for the reward, just your mere presence in the past should be enough to start several different paradoxes, so your involvement should be minimal and effect of your actions would be dangerous.
I mean in the limits of fiction anyway since Steven Hawking debated that you can't time travel to the past, only to the future.
Isn't that because you can't travel to a time where a time machine doesn't exist yet? Let's say a time machine was created in 2017, and the current year is 2050. Does that mean we can travel to the past but the farthest would be when the time machine was fully functional, which would be 2017 in this case?
Or am I wrong? Is time travel to the past really impossible whatever you do?
not him but literally Saike Mata Shite mo
Reminder that traveling back in time is not possible and the only way it can be done is by traveling to a parallel world
Almost overpowered, but how else to beat the living cheat code character?
Don't remember the exact words and how Hawking put it, but it has something to do with the speed of light, I think he has a documentary about it if you're interested.
Also his concept of time-traveling to the future involves driving a train at right near the speed of light in circles for 1 year, and when it stops it's 10 years in the future, or something like that.
You can travel back in time to your own timeline if you allow the universe to be in a superposition state just like your everyday quantum physics superposition.
Funny note is from the point of view of the time traveller nothing's fucked up and everything looks normal.
the speed of light is like the hard-limit for speed in our universe, sort of like how some video games have a limit to the highest number they can calculate . Time is theorized to be related to the mass of an object.
The jist of the concept is that when you go past the speed of light you go backwards in space-time, instead of forward.
that was my pleb understanding of it... I'm sure you can imagine it's not so simple that you can sum it up in a couple of sentences.
I've rewritten this post like 7 times just trying to find a way not to piss some physics major off, if someone has a better explanation please correct me
Allomancers can attract or repel ferromagnetic materials, but only in a straight line from themselves to the object.
It is therefore pointless for one allomancer to launch ferromagnetic projectiles at another allomancer, since the intended target can simply repel the projectiles.
It is therefore possible to use non-ferromagnetic arrowheads with small ferromagnetic rings behind the head and around a short shaft. The attacking allomancer can propel the arrowheads forward by affecting the ferromagnetic rings. If the defending allomancer attempts to repel the arrowheads, they will simply repel the rings, which will fly off the short shaft and leave the arrowheads moving forwards.
This is a cool ability. Not "look guys i made a magic black ball on my hand". It's a clever use of clearly defined and limited system of powers.
More power in one thumb than any of the other shit posted
Just make your enemies to touch themselves so universe glitches out and menger sponges them out of existence for you.
We're just talking about "cool abilities." Not necessarily the strongest ones.
Paper mastery is probably my favourite.
The author of Dance in the Vampire Bund had made a nice oneshot about a girl who can jump a few seconds in the past, and uses it to fix things all around her (often, causing the people to be angry at her because with her correction, there was nothing to fix anymore and her actions look weird). She also can't jump repeatedly.
I think that yeah, limitless time powers can be really invincible, but if there's a stamina, mp, ki, or whatever limitation, sure, you can work around them.
On the matter of infinite/invincible time powers, there's always Elder God Demonbane.
I don't think I'll ever enjoy any of jojo as much as I enjoyed SBR
shit was bonkers and it worked so well.
god I hope it gets an anime adaptation.
Any decent assassination ability completely shits on time travel.
that's almost exactly what i was referencing when I said bad ground...
It's basically a problem of unlimited time powers being beaten only by unfun characters who 'warp reality so that person never existed'
actually writing a character with unlimited time abilities would end up having to be a melancholic slice of life, about our nigh omnipotent timegod... Actually basically Mushishi, but instead of Mushi and Ginko, we'd have Jikan-san... I'd pay money for this
Such an interesting power and Kubo had to make him a jobber, shame.
>It's basically a problem of unlimited time powers being beaten
See this is the problem, you want "unlimited" powers. Unlimited anything can fuck up the universe. Magneto for example, unlimited magnetism would allow him to condense the entire universe into a single atom in a fraction of a second, unlimited "speed" would allow you to do everything flash did + even more. It got unfun the moment you gave someone unlimited powers, not just the moment he was defeated by someone with even more unlimited power.
Sorry, I used used the wrong word. what i meant was unrestricted.
Also it's important to note that time powers are not like destructive powers. Kind of like Damaging abilities vs buffs in gaming.
You're right, an ability that is one-hit kill is no fun, an ability that could change the very fundamentals of the game you're playing is intriguing.
there is a manga about a guy who csan turn back to the begining of the day if he drowns himself.
He doesn't have any other power so what he does is remember how the enemy would attack (like in pic related) and/or figure out what their weakness is.
What is that, a soap bubble?
Kumagawa was OP even without All Fiction
Yea that's pretty good, I could see how that would work. Synesthesia basically triggers other senses when using different ones so, for example his sense of pain or balance could went on when detecting some kind of smell or I don't know just from regular touch. That would be pretty fun but kind of weak for a Bankai, it'd be better as an upgrade for his shikai rather.
Yeah but it's hard to be impressed by a pebble while standing on a mountain. It'd be like saying Momo has a really cool power with Yamamoto standing next to her.
KS was funny, not really interesting but it also sucked the interest out of all other illusion based powers in the series. I think Kubo knew it too which is why he never bothered to show Shinji's Bankai. And look at how hilariously hard Rose jobbed to Superstar.
Another way to understand it is while you can't make time go backwards, you can make time go forward at different speeds depending on some things like how close to the speed of light you are moving. If you reached the speed of light then you would basically reach the end of the universe/time instantly
Yea, I guess that's true. I'm really dissapointed in Vizards. The premise was really good but ultimately they were pretty useless. I wonder is it because Kubo didn't used them when they were fighting weaker opponents or didn't get power ups like the rest of 2nd and 3rd rate characters. Every single one of them jobbed to this shit quincies so that other Shinigami could step in and finish them with some bullshit asspull. Basically there were too many other characters and so few enemies. And since Kubo had to finally mention Vizards he figured he'd just make them job and problem was solved.
The Sharingan's abilities in general are pretty awesome.
Who'd thought that something based off of Semi-Perfect Cell would be cool.
it wasted it's potential so many times.
The author tried making the MC the main villain by wanting his to backstab his "friends" and is shocked to realise Haise knows his plan. In the next chapter it's revealed that he actually told her straight up...Why be surprised then?
Every Great Person in history is born in Japan.
Tell your devious plan to Zombieman just because he gave up on suspecting to MC being a spy without thinking...at all? And now he's your best friend after half an hour?
The manga is now suddenly Akame ga Kill levels of character death.
Elder brother had the ability to learn all talents and for some reason everyone doesn't have a problem with that. They even happily go along with it.
Why does he keep learning talents? To be a good big brother... It's totally not to become God.
>siblings cutting their own arms to feed the village
>sister wants to fuck
>whole village gets killed
>spend years burning and regenerating nonstop
I guess that's one way to make a first chapter.
Well, technically he doesn't really control the time, it's just that he removes the existence of the time from any other people, the time still existed and has passed, just that it was erased so nobody remembers it.
This is why that fight in Part 3 of JoJo aggravated me to no end.
Dio was so wasteful with literally the most powerful ability next to King Crimson's time cut shit.
On top of that he also had the ability to survive lethal injury.
Wasted potential to no end.
Lots of potential for great material in that manga that seems to have gone to waste.
I would have loved to see some chapters where Shinji made an opponent trip sack while he messed with them.
>it's fine if she's impregnated
SO sick of this fucking post, it's always posted along with >>145284082 in the first 5ish posts.
Airspace control babylon's name is by far the coolest part of it. It isn't even well used/often used/cool. The entire fucking manga is massively overrated.
does this count?
the worst thing is that it's not a talent or that they're reincarnations.
they just got a random power and attributed it to a famous person to feel like a special snowflake.
loli in wheelchair that is super smarttrope? Fucking really?
We've seen that KS already has some limits. It's not complete hypnosis, but actually distorts what's already there. He can't make some appear out of nowhere, you have to be able to see a thing before he can modify it.
It's a world where abilities are a diamond dozen, some of them are bound to be shit like that.
But then you have stuff like being able to kill anyone who's male, or teleportation or being capable of making people ejaculate in a 2km radius with a mirror.
>being capable of making people ejaculate in a 2km radius with a mirror.
>that guy who got constant handjobs from his grandma through this
>after she died of old age he actually went back in time to fuck a younger alternate version of his grandma to double suicide.
That manga was amazing in many ways.
If she's the one I'm thinking of, someone did a ton of research and basically reasoned that she was one of, if not the most, op character in existence due to her ability to completely invalidate the laws of thermodynamics. Like the lengths she could go by doing that shit was absolutely ludicrous.
In most media, the illusionary users don't have extreme brute strength and power, which is why if you could tank their illusions, you could have a chance of winning. But Aizen is so silly, he's stronger than almost all the captains without even using KS
>If she's the one I'm thinking of, someone did a ton of research and basically reasoned that she was one of, if not the most, op character in existence due to her ability to completely invalidate the laws of thermodynamics. Like the lengths she could go by doing that shit was absolutely ludicrous.
Anon her power isn't unlimited, she can generally just keep a cup of coffee at the same temperature.
Literally any esper from the series taken to his "extreme" can become "most op character in existence", especially the level 5 with vector and electricity control.
Also it's not that easy to use those sort of complex powers, as shown by the other teleporter chick who's been traumatized by accidentally teleporting herself with wrong calculations.
The concept of time still follows the idea of mans creation to understanding such measurement but its humanly impossible because the comprehension amount would be too great.
Time powers were too confusing because of so many paradoxes and rules.
>Traveling to a time before the creation of the time machine or the time power.
>If the time machine was made then why hasn't anything from earlier in time come to the past.
>If information of the future comes to the past then someone later will have to send that same information to the past creating a never ending cycle.
>The idea of killing your grandfather before you were born.
>Going back too far will give you a disease.
>Going forward too far will give you a disease.
>Interacting with anything too much would effect everything.
>Returning to the exact moment after you left still ages the user.
>Going back or forward to kill your future or past self. Creates a cycle of you being dead before you were already killed but you have to be alive to kill yourself.
>Going back or forward too far will make it impossible to live and communicate because language is consistently changing or expose you to an environment in which you can't live on the same terms as people who already live in that area.
Stuff like Subaru's power is closer to falling into multiple universes, leaving infinite previous timelines behind while creating alternate tangents.
There is the likely possibility that there are many universe which Subaru left which Subaru was killed but life still continues in those lost areas
This is still way easier to understand than reality warpers because they have no set rules but much more paradoxes overall.
This is correct
The ability to make any skill.
Also one of the best power-ups in a shonen imo
I think in subaru's case is more like reversing time without changing anything, then sending his memories. And it can be done because the witch would be someone outside of the dimension of time(?)
Best manga in the whole thread. The way they do reincarnation and power is the same as Fate Heroic Spirit and NP but the power is much more interesting. The fight scene is also good. Hans Rudel/ Undead Soldier and Hitler-Pol Pot/Einstein-Newton fight are one of the best fight in manga for me
When the past changes, everything in the future does as well. That future never existed because it never happened. The very instant I go to the past, everything changes because I've changed the past that lead to these events.
Source? I can't find it for the life of me
Stand back gents! or dont. defeating is coming anyway
Asspulls might be asspulls but they're still cool as fuck.
i just started reading naruto because i wanted to see why it was so popular, and that chapter where they first showed the eye thing was pretty cool.
gin's sword, shinso. pretty simple but i love it
santa sasaki one of the coolest characters i know only person that makes reading UQ holder worth it
yeah, its neat. his bankai name is also cool, "lance of deicide". and the poison trigger is "kill".
HxH in general has some fucking cool shit. Nen is probably the best power system that anyone has ever come up with in manga. I loved they way they spend so much time in the theory of the system and watching the characters develop their powers along that. Compared to something like Naruto where the Jutsus seemed pretty cool early on they never really went deeper into it and instead kept coming up with new more powerful shit to tack on top of the old stuff.
Also Kurapika's chains are fucking cool although a tad on the edge. The fact that he has to set rules for himself to get his powers and if he doesn't follow those rules he dies.
I always wondered how Nagare Boshi was so fast and yet Seigen's was way faster. Correct me if I'm wrong, the technique was supposed to be that if you put resistance against the sword and then release it would be faster right? Because Seigen's used the ground, the resistance was stronger than the old man's fingers?
I'd imagine this kind of thing would only work with sticks.
none of those things transmit information. nothing is actually "moving" faster than light. like the other guy said, its the hardcap on how fast information can be transferred.
though things can APPEAR to move faster than c. for instance, the expansion of spacetime itself. it does not expand in any one direction faster than c, but since it is expanding in every direction, an observer would see two points moving away from each other faster than c
To be honest i felt like Dio's The World was handled pretty well by Araki. It made sense enough that he could not abuse it and there was really any way for him to get too overpowered because the moment he did he got fucked over by a mirror ability of star platinum.
Then you came up with your own interpretation of how I meant things, because I did not even indirectly imply them to mean "matter".
Follow up my previous posts, because I did state that c is the max. speed for informations to travel at, see >>145308523
Even then, if warp speed ever becomes avaible we may be able to surpass the speed of light by manipulating the system itself instead of just abiding by its constraints, which effectively would make faster-than-light speed avaible.
Meant for >>145297536
Additionally: It's not a matter of wasting the potential, rather it's the only way to end the arc without resorting to bullshit plotholes. EIther dio had to be killed before he would've been able to stop time too much, or he would've conquered the whole world.
>Even then, if warp speed ever becomes avaible
now we're entering the realms of science fiction and a lot of weird shit happens if you try to bring a star trek warp drive into reality.
forget the engineering and whether or not a warp drive is possible for a second, and think about what would happen if you actually used a warp drive to travel faster than c. things start to get inconsistent if you have more than one observer, and it essentially allows time travel.
entering time travel into reality is even worse, because you have to deal with all the paradoxes that break logic.
anyway, check out this part of a wiki article, it explains this much better than i can.
also im not saying its impossible, maybe in 200 years the shit we know now will no longer hold true and we'll have a warp drive, but as things are now, it doesnt seem like it would be possible.
Fuckin' 'ell, this manga is getting harder and harder to read. I can barely understand anything that's happening anymore, all the likeable characters being picked off one by one, is that his way of portraying passing on the torch or something? Though the new Buddha-like demon that appeared was amazing, even if it was just for two panels.
Cho-Senjiryakketsu: Fumon Tonkou
It's a sort of precognition ability
It can read the flow of Furyoku(the energy system in SK) and determine it's course thus rendering most Furyoku-based attacks useless
It's a pretty broken power
In Saike Mata Shitemo the mc has "time travel" powers but to do it he has to jump into a lake at a very specific spot and drown to death to reset. Also he's pretty crazy in his beliefs on how he he should use his powers
I always liked how his power was "Fuck your powers mine is superior"
This guys ability was awesome but he was wasted. At least Kishi brought it back with Kaguya though
I would love to summon these fuckers to steal people's soul.
Speaking of cool power & ability
Homura power is a plot hole in my opinion. She need to be a lot stronger than she used to be in the TV series, at least on par with Godoka. Because If The Ultimate Witch & Madoka getting stronger because the bound of time & fate, Homura should getting stronger to since she's also bound by the same time & fate.
both his bullets and time powers
and his strongest power of all
Bleach fans always rant and rave about Barragan's aging breath thing, but I always liked Hacchi's basic powers, before Kubo half forgot what the hell he'd written. His spell conjured boxes were essentially negative space. The whole spirit magic class of powers were mostly underpowered in Bleach but Hacchi's spells prevented anything from happening inside of their designated space, and it was implied would even undo anything happening inside them. On the one hand that would mean things like "healing" things bu undoing damage, but also making nigh impenetrable walls by disallowing any happening from getting into and thus past them. The first time Kubo explained his powers he had it so Hacchi's box around their hideout prevent things from noticing it. Rather than building a conspicuous wall around the place it just made it that anytime something thought to consciously notice the building at all the spell undid the event of it being noticed.
>The entire fucking manga is massively overrated.
Not really something you can say when it doesn't have an anime.
The manga is appropriately rated and the work of a well liked author with a consistent track record and quality.
yeah bleach really did need more kido. barely anyone used it. at least we got to see the strongest destruction spell, although it was cast inside of aizen's shikai(an illusion) so we did not get to see its power, just what the spell looks like
the monk who was implied to have invented kido had a neat set of powers as well
the feels thread the other day showed some pretty crushing stuff from this. so I marathoned it last night. 9/10 it was really fucking good. I only dock it because some parts seemed a little wierdly paced, but it was a hell of a ride.
>call yourself in another dimension
>become the universal principle
>only shot Jotaro a little when he could have magdumped into him for good measure
>didn't immediately throw EVERYTHING he had at Jotaro and then even more just to make sure
>didn't use the time he had to make Jotaro a fine red paste, instead he stood around talking to himself and giving a few jabs here and there
Picked the fuck up. I'm a sucker perception/precognition type abilities.
Psyren is amazing, I honestly feel it deserves an anime
No harm in that. A parallel world where the POD is something simple like Chinese farmer 300 years ago ate one more grain of rice than he did in this timeline or where an asteroid four hundred million light years away hits a planet instead of missing would be a prime candidate to mess around with.
annon his ability was not wasted and was one of the better animated fights in the series vs rock lee... it was also rock lees last fight of the series. Now kaguya on the other hand was a waste.
IM STILL FUCKING MAD ROCK LEE DIDNT GET A DECENT FIGHT AFTER THE TIME SKIP. I wanted him to surpass Gai and become the number one in taijutsu but noooo he gets sidelined for all of part 2. They should of just kept him a criple as fixing lee then not using him for the rest of the series was fucking stupid.
I really like creative uses of simple-seeming powers. Her power is fucking ribbons and she's easily the strongest fighter in the series (barring god/demon bullshit) and she completely BTFO Homura when they finally fought.
I seem to remember a dude in black-cat who was a fatty, but he had gravity manipulation powers, so having more mass actually meant he was able to throw himself around really quickly.
It's been ages since I saw it though.
also I loved the concept on the ability of this guy
Mustang was the best. Simple and effective to the absolute degree, and treated with appropriate fear and respect in-universe.
Nobody but the guy mantling GOD was able to outclass him in sheer destructive ability, and even that guy lost in the end.
Psyren had an amazing start and potential.
Theeeeeen it quickly went to shit, and the ending and its lead-up was one of the shittest of all manga I've ever read.
Like how the FUCK do you fuck up a manga like Psyren.
I just want to erase it from my memory.
I've yet to see a character who uses the powers of a Warlock that are not only interesting, but used in any form other than "I am the bad guy so i used bad magic". A character doing good via morally questionable methods is always more interesting than doing good by being good.
An example could be that a warlock is posed with a situation where a few innocents are in danger and need to be rescued, but also a big-bad is endangering many more at the same time. While he typical "good moral choice" would be seen in the choice to stop the big-bad (the lives of many over the lives of a few), the "questionable methods" could be seen through deeming the trapped innocents effectively doomed, so the warlock would harvest their souls/life energy/whatever to summon a greater monster/cast a more powerful spell in order to defeat the big-bad
I like Stands more because of the creativity it forces but Nen is far more versatile and if you look at it from an actual real life perspective having Nen would be way better than Stands. No chance of getting something like Cheap Trick or Highway to Hell with Nen unless you actually want an ability like that for whatever reason. Plus, although it has the potential of going into bullshittery, being able to put restrictions on your ability to make it stronger is pretty cool. I feel like Togashi has kept a good balance on not going overboard too much with Nen except with Meruem but the whole point of Meruem was that in terms of Nen and strength he was so far above everyone else it wasn't funny.
King Crimson has this but only for 10 seconds into the future. And he can force time to jump forward to any point in those 10 seconds and anything that happened to him in that time is ignored but everything remains the same for everyone else.
Hope you like trucks.
After the first volume it becomes a shonen battle series and he starts save scumming like crazy to beat people. It's actually really fun.
Yeah, she doesn't have a power so she just isn't that relevant. The author's aware of it, at least.
Jirou is pretty sick, but I like Ichiryu better
Admittedly, Minority World is nonsensical fuckery but what power isn't in Toriko
Quite liking this manga. Cute girls.
No. He's not killing people for no reason, its literally the only way to stop the demon king. Granted...he would have to kill over 500 level 20 people to get a level higher then 9999. But we don't know how high he will actually have to go, it just wouldn't display higher then 9999.
And how come the levels of the people he killed before didn't get added in with >>145296177
>Base form is bound to arm with severe limitations
>Everything magic/esper/supernatural/god power is destroyed instantly with no trace
>Remove arm to activate dragons that eat everything
>Another hidden power deep within
Imagine Breaker has 3 different types of powers, it's heavily situational but crazy effective
It still has its moments but EA totally fucked any chance of it continuing to survive. It has slowly been dying ever since Luna became the main city rather than Britain.
Luna and Umbra were mistakes.
>things that are popular are a no-no.
You're posting an outdated Hermione you know
Here's the real one
She does because of some bullshit ancestry crap that every human being was somehow related through genetics. There was some incredibly bad writing, but that whole jazz was just retarded.
I always thought that imagine breaker was a great idea for a power. Just being able to negate other people's powers or skills, but is only limited to being able to touch with your right hand. Makes it so that people he is going against with be able to get around it and makes him think on his toes.
I liked the sharingan when it was about piracy, specially after Lee proves that just because you can see/learn the technique it doesn't mean you can do it.
Who knows and no. Apparently they aren't even really dragons and they might be getting stronger as time goes on/Touma negates shit. 40 novels in and we still don't know a damn thing. Kamachi is going to drag this out for as long as he can.
But he is? Most of the chapters he's just dragging people to fight against scrub demons that seem to have no real effect on the world. If he wanted to beat the demon lord, they could have just put him behind an army, let him absorb the levels of all the dying soldiers and then annihilate the enemy after getting thousands of levels.
>She does because of some bullshit ancestry crap that every human being was somehow related through genetics.
That's not wrong, though. All of the currently humans can be traced down to the same ancestors 32 generations ago.
I'm a sucker for powers that simply erase things from reality. Not flashy at all, but super effective.
Basically this is kind of worthless. Like wtf.
That's travelling to the past with a time machine, bringing the machine and yourself to the past, where your past self is still there.
Instead you could be winding back time, travelling to the past by yourself, ending up as your past self. You risk no paradoxes, just a vastly different outcome, so you can't assume once you travel back it'll be the same.
Nia's ability in DAL is quite cool for me. Basically Akashic Record type of ability that is restricted only to my self and immediate surroundings and is not that actually OP to encompass everything in the universe, past present and future.
I miss way back when Chakra meant something b4 Sharingan hax bullshit. At least you could kinda make sense that their Energy/Chakra was being molded within them for Jutsu. But Eyehax was stupid, especially the Susano spam
He truly had the most broken power.
They were the best pair, I'm kind of sad that they didn't win.
She is anti accelerator as she able to keep a temperature constant means she's capable to make molecule movement/vector constant.
Basically everything she in contact with will be immune to accelerator vector alteration.
Broken as FUCK
>Walking pinpoint nuke
>Auto setup revival and healing
>Breaks any spell/object
A man of the highest taste, I see
"I didn't knock your tongue"
*Neo use his tongue to free himself from knocking*
That and acacia basically taught him incomplete ability of damage knocking for insurance in case he fight jiro
Before the current arc, prolonged use of Emperor time or chain jail will render him unconscious for several days.
But right now seems he could use emperor over and over without much repercussion but then again it IS his speciality nen not his ability.
There is also alluka troll-ish "wish" nen rule where the one that pays of the wish is not the wisher but the next wisher candidate
in practical term, it avoid one of my major pet peeve in power system. The pet peeve being,
"powerful power user able to be threatened with a simple handgun"
I mean, several other manga could have characters who destroy a big building and then somehow manage to get threatened or wounded with a handgun.
In nen, world with nen-bullet be the exception, nen reinforment could give bullet immunity to the user. something simple but often overlooked in other power-system for creating cheap drama.
By orochimaru, his ability is ranked higher than Sharingan.
That being said, his ability of fully control or manipulate his body and its properties will greatly compliment orochimaru skill set.
due to its potential, It has to be balanced with him dying and no other person have the ability until Kaguya shows up.
able to steal other people soul and able to give life to inanimate object.
Man, you can make pretty fortune by selling living fuck dolls or turn people waifu alive.
Image how many poor saps out there is will to trade his soul for a living fuckdolls.
imagine if we see him fighting people other than meruem.
I don't think hisoka or even chloro would stand a chance.
Not to mention he points out his current power is not even half of his prime.
ONE HUNDRED PUSH-UPS! ONE HUNDRED SIT-UPS! ONE HUNDRED SQUATS! AND RUN TEN KILOMETERS. EVERYDAY! ALSO, EAT THREE MEALS A DAY. EVEN JUST A BANANA WILL DO FOR BREAKFAST. TO TRAIN YOUR SPIRIT, NEVER USE HEAT IN THE WINTER OR AIR CONDITIONING IN THE SUMMER.
