Second season was good. All the secondary characters are likable.

There was no sense of a continuing plot. Just felt like a bunch of random stories.
The first season, while nothing really got resolved, you at least saw a fair amount of character development with each story holding something that carried over into the next.
I'm not saying the second season was COMPLETELY void of these things, but it didn't feel like enough.
