It definitely will. It's a new, separate IP from ARIA so unlike a new season of that people will take time to warm up to Amanchu's characters, but once they get to shine I'm sure people will enjoy it nearly as much as ARIA.

Pikari (Hikari?) is definitely an acquired taste. I haven't been hyped to watch each new episode, but every time I have done I've enjoyed it. I was perfectly fine with that score when episode 15 aired, because I knew that the best parts of the show were yet to come and that the anime would fucking nail them.
