I'd imagine only a couple. Whilst AmiAmi appear to be pretty forgiving from what i've gleamed from buyfag threads, I imagine all of the stores will only hold it for a couple of days maxium before cancelling it. Don't take my word for it though.

If it's still sealed, then it's pre-owned but essentially new.
If the seals are gone but you've never opened it, then it's pre-owned and potentially used.
If the seals are gone and you've opened it, then it's pre-owned and used.
If you're selling on eBay, then just put sealed as new and unsealed as used, and then whatever for item condition. I doubt most people on eBay really care anyway.

Some companies don't seal the boxes though. Off the top of my head, gunpla and Revoltechs have come new from AmiAmi without seals on the boxes.
