I was talking about the current 'filler' chapters on manga that wasn't in webcomic.
Those are all written by ONE and there's no such thing as stockpile. He writes them on each chapter.
You can see that by how he withdrew and changed the whole scene with Nigamushi's first interaction with Saitama just a moment after the chapter release.
Before the change, Nigamushi was being asshole to Saitama making his wig fall off and his disguise as Charanko got revealed. After the change the revelation never happened and Nigamushi turned into a good dude.
Writing script for OPM manga is an ongoing process and Mob is clearly in its way.
ONE even said that he's the one who's responsible for the lateness on his twitter.
