Rather than cheap, it was made clear that unlike Beatrice, Lambda is not going to fuck around and throw clues everywhere. Battler wasn't even in control due to his late arrival, so the whole episode had a completely different touch. Reliable perspective has been a thing since the beginning of Umineko.

1. The shitty writing.

2. Some of the main characters aren't developed unlike in Higurashi where each of them got an arc.

3. Constant establishing of rules and breaking said rules even in its own context which made no sense. Going with the cliche "muh emotions" instead of anything meaningful or intelligent.

4. The shitty ending which wasn't even interesting or entertaining.

5. Wasted potential that Ryukishi will still never live up to.

There are not enough clues that Beatrice is one of them if you ask me. Shannon and Kanon was a clever idea, Kanon had plenty of clues that he wasn't real and a clear connection to Shannon. But adding a 3rd personality was some weird fucking shit if you ask me. No character should have had more than 1 alter ego. Just as you had Eva-Beatrice and it was fine, you can have normal Beatrice be one of the humans.

Instead there were like a thousands Beatrices, Clair, whoever the fuck else, and that whole egg chick beatrice shit that popped up. Why can't I hold all these personalities?

This is relatively minor though. I have way worse beef with Umineko than this, especially later episodes.
