It really didn't help that a lot of the jokes were reused too. I didn't want to feel bitter when I realised how it was gonna go down but it just made me worse because it came off as even lazier.

With the CDs, ads and art it feels like they've gotten too attached to some jokes and gags lately, when part of -san's charm is it's unpredictability. I like that by cour 2 we got comfortable in knowing what each bro is like, but they're starting to get really predictable.

My favourite Matsu is (or was?) Ichimatsu, but thinking about Karamatsu these days, I would definitely want Karamatsu as an older brother. Choro seems pretty chill actually so long as you don't do anything too crazy. With brothers like them I don't blame him for being a tad wound up. He still seem to actually value friendship higher then money so I don't think he is that bad. Choro used to be my favourite during the first few episodes, getting to know each of the Matsu's names, quirks, and behaviours. I know Kara could be used more creatively in the show and he isn't always funny but I can't help but like him the most. I try to keep a level head about it. The karafags who make him a pathetic victim and erase his own asshole tendencies bug me.

I don't hate Ichi, I just preferred his dark side even if it was a facade and now he's almost always moeblob.

I also am really weary of Kara and Ichi interacting with each other almost exclusively in promo art now. I get that pandering makes money but I always thought Kara and Jyushi were a fun pair to watch, and Ichi with Jyushi, Oso, or Totty (but not in a shipping way).
