This is kinda hard for me as a fan of Gun-chan, but I noticed something. After checking all the current entries in the diary of NoWaYu because Takashima may had mentioned Shuten-doji back in her entry of ch.3, I noticed that Chikage's name is censored in the entries of ch.1 and 2 (It's obvious because she is the only character of the 6 with a 3 kanjis long name), she's hasn't beem mentioned again in any other entry and I though she hadn't made an entry in the diary yet.

But now I noticed that all entries are "signed" as "[character name]記". The entry of ch.11 is entirely censored including the signature, which seems to be 4 characters long and given the pattern of the previous entries, this implies that the name of who wrote it has to be 3 kanjis long, leaving Chikage as the only one who could had made that entry.

This by no means confirms that she's going to do something really wrong. Her name could had been censored in ch.1 and 2 so is anybody encountered the diary they couldn't know which of the Heroes was mentally troubled and the entry of ch.11 could have information of the outside world that Taisha doesn't want anybody to know. Another possibility is that she did something while not neccesarily evil, it's something that Taisha doesn't want people to ever know who did. Something like using another of Three Great Evil Youkai and losing control, turning the world to fire but also starting the 300 years armistice and Taisha tries to erase her from history for probably erradicating any possibility of retaking the outside world. I know that my speculation, while slightly possible, is extremely unlikely to ever actually happen.

Even if you ruin everything, Gun-chan, you'll always be my 3rd favorite yuusha, just a little behind Karin and Sonoko.

Ok theory time

Yuuna was unpopular and being bullied at her elementary school. This might seem hard to believe given her current "loved-by-all" status, but a bright loud genki personality like hers can quite easily be considered annoying, especially by little kids.
She had 1 friend, a person who was willing to talk to her. This friend was too nice to partake in the bullying by the others, but too weak to stand up to them, so she would chat with Yuuna while no one else was around, act as if they were best friends, but keep silent when other kids are present, teasing Yuuna.
This continues for some while, until they are found out. Say some of the lead bullies walk in on Yuuna and friend happily in conversation and eating together. The bullies do the usual "what are you up to, you friends with this Yuuki girl? you wanna end up like her?" routine, and being the weak-spirited friend she is, unwilling to risk losing her position in the class and becoming like Yuuna, she denies everything. Don't be ridiculous, there's no way I could be friends with someone like her. Normally Yuuna is able to withhold her feelings and ignore the bullying, but at the cruel words from her only friend, she bursts into tears.
Their friendship is of course unable to continue, and the friend, filled with guilt at what she did and hatred at the other classmates, eventually moves school to get away from everything, since she's too weak-willed to apologise. Yuuna, being the beloved and kind girl she is, starts to believe she was the one at fault, and somehow it was something she did that made her friend betray her.
So she goes to apologise for what she did. Now I don't know what happened next - did the friend burst into tears and apologise back, or stay cold in a desire to get away from everyone and into her new life?
In any case this all ends when Yuuna makes a new friend Tougou and starts middle school, when the bullies all move to a different middle school.

Puts on a brave face for Tougou in episode 1, but when Fuu shows up she has tears in her eyes.
In episode 6, she lies about her taste.
In episode 8 she tells Tougou she will find a way, but by that point Tougou has very little trust in her.
In episode 12, when she is in a wheelchair by the beach, her behavior is very suspicious. Including a long pause between Tougou talking to her and she answering it.

Then there is all the minor stuff, all the daijoubu, she making excuses for Fuu's behavior, she pretending she didn't mess up the puppet play and of course, Sonoko being suspicious of her.
