Movie is volume 6 because it's a prequel arc disconnected from the rest of the story, so the events of volume 4 and 5 aren't important for it.

If a second season ever happens it will most likely pick up where S1 ended.

The anime skipped the event of vol.4-5-6 to go directly to the beginning of vol.7
