Just watched it, it's passable.

However it doesn't feel like Mai Kuraki. Dynamite was great and didn't feel left field like this does. She tried to blend rock and pop with high pitched vocals and tons of ambience and it just does not work.

I watch Conan for the story. I think it's doable because the non-story episodes are usually pretty good anyway.

It is a huge time sink though, anime or manga (relatively).

I personally watched everything from the anime and don't regret it but it's one of those instances of what could I have done with that time instead.

It's a great series and the more you put in the more you get out, but it's overwhelming.

Yeah, I prioritized speed without skipping anything remotely canon (basically just skip AOs).

This way you get the entire experience of the story, but a lot quicker.

And as it mentions, people catching up don't fall in the trap of reading then pondering if they should go back and watch the anime adaption (like Clash, the rewatch afterwards would be so flat).

It's not "tested" though and I haven't received feedback for it so I don't know good it actually is.

I've watched through the anime several times and have read through the manga and I think that list is pretty solid.
