No they're not. The fights are normally 40 minutes long, but consist of 20 minutes of staring and flash backs, and another 10 minutes of explaining what literally just happened like you're some 5 year old who can't pay attention, because that's who the target audience is.
I recently rewatched the "epic" sasuke vs danzo fight, and it's perplexing how fucking stupid Danzo fights. Like, he has a jutsu that basically makes him God, and he uses it to avoid getting killed by attacks. Awesome. other characters use clones for that. You can really tell this guy is a very talented ninja when he only gets two hits on sasuke during the entire fight, and one of them wasn't even an attack, if was just a weak binding jutsu.
You would think danzo wouldn't have to rely so heavily on his extremely limited God abilities to do such basic things like dodging an attack.
Imagine you had godlike abilities but you can use them only 10 times. Then you go out and stand in the middle of the road and wait for cars to hit you, and use the ability. And then you do that 9 more times. And then another time, and then you die.
