It's above average to begin with and has le quriky poses and strong man xD in the beginning but after a while it hits it's stride and actually gets really good. Araki actually writes decent and realistic characters and engaging stories despite running for 30 years now it hasn't had any kind of powerlevel bullshittery. It switched to Seinen in 2004 and it's only gotten better and better as time goes on.
