Like in the 2nd panel of that comic, he called her kitten even though in the previous page he was acting clueless. So either his memory actually came back at that moment, or he dropped the act and picked up his usual persona in the 4th panel.

I think it depends. "This is the first time I got dumped by a girl" makes sense if he didn't get his memories back. And since she asked if he did, but all he said was that he "remembered a lot of things", I'm not so sure he actually did get his memory back.

However, if he did, then "This is the first time I got dumped by you" would make sense, since he was the one who dumped her before.

I can't really tell whether he has his memories, or if he's just saying he "remembers the pain of making women cry, a lot of things, and being an idiot" because he wanted her to stop slapping herself.
