There's plenty of reason for whoever's doing this would use a set like Hope's Peak, plus wherever the game is being held is an FF building i.e. based on Hope's Peak architecture and could easily have a similar room.

Using prerecorded Monokuma would mean they recorded some ultra-specific stuff that reacted perfectly to some scenarios, and you can't even explain how Hotwheel's PC got nerfed.

Here's the problem. There are 16 people and Weedman isn't one of them. This means the Kill Counter can tick down one time for a body which we don't see.


The Killer Killer manga already confirmed the existence of the Ultimate Make-Up Artist working in FF, who can make even dead bodies look like anybody. She could be a plot point for Chisa. Hell, she could even be the dead person who was disguised as Chisa for whatever unknown reason.

Gozu wears a mask, which would make life even easier to switch a body (Though you would need somebody of similar impressive size).

Bandai wouldn't need a body double, just Seiko being his accomplice, and then they kill the 16th person they have locked away to keep numbers consistent. Though this would require Bandai to just keep laying back down with a cloth over his head during every awake period.


For the record, all three dead people seem like they're strong enough to lift bodies up with ease (Yes, even Chisa. She does some crazy shit in Episode 1 of Despair)

What if the simulation is the movie theatre itself that Chisa was in at the start? It's just a patched together movie of their memories, and those of willing participants such as their old teacher provided.

When she's addressing the audience and saying it's going to be a Happy Ending, she's not talking to us. She's talking to the Remnants who are watching it (Be it just the 5 Survivors, or the entire "partially cured" class).

They're watching it because they've missed so many memories and they need to catch up.

The Happy Ending comment is meant to be telling them that yes, some awful memories will resurface, but they must remember to stay strong because it will be ok in the end. Especially now that they're getting the full story and not just the fragments that they alone witnessed.
