Can't answer that but they really don't need any presence, as long as the author liked them and decided to make something similar, whether he's the only one in Japan to know of them or not doesn't really matter.

Speaking of Bloodborne, I once made a character based on Claire - short, white hair; high strength and arcane; mainly used sword-like trick weapons; etc. If I can get some Beast Claws to go with the Beast Rune I could sorta emulate her awakened form.
