The Ten used is not the same Ten heaven (天) as in Getsuga Tenshou. In fact this one is new to me so I had to rely on online dictionaries. This one means rolling. Metsu on the other hand is a lot more difficult. It's the same metsu used in shimetsu (死滅, annihilation, destruction) but since it is not accompanied by shi (death) I don't know how to interpret it. However wiktionary seems to support metsu = destruction. So the correct translation is likely Five Dragons Rolling Destruction.
