Spoiler are out. This qt is still MIA.
Confirmed spoilers from Yonkou. He copy and pasted them from LoN, but at least they are confirmed.
Renji releases bankai, but Yhwach breaks it.
Aizen takes the opportunity to unleash his attack, though Yhwach mocks him for siding with Ichigo against a common enemy.
Aizen uses way of destruction 99. Ryuutenmetsu (Five dragons of heavenly destruction?). Reiatsu in the form of dragons attack Yhwach but he shrugs it off and closes in on Aizen, delivering a punch to the gut that sends Aizen flying.
Then Ichigo attacks from behind.
Yhwach: I see it all.
Then he breaks Zangetsu completely and fires an arrow blows a large hole through Ichigo's abdomen and arm.
Yhwach: Farewell Ichigo, perish together with Soul Society.
Ichigo?: I see, so you're seeing Kurosaki Ichigo.
Ichigo takes the form of Aizen and Yhwach is caught by surprise by the real Ichigo, who fires a getsuga that blows him away.
The Almighty relies on sensory input, it makes sense that if you obstruct the sensory organ it'll fail.
1. Kyouka Suigetsu is not a bankai, Yhwach remarked that Aizen's kyouka suigetsu had wilted before he broke it and landed that punch.
2. The key to victory against Yhwach is to target his eyes. Take out his eyes and his ability is useless. Unless he can regen the eyes, in which case you'll just piss him off.
3. Ichigo still has a lot of power left in him and Yhwach has good reason to be cautious of Zangetsu.
Aizen's arm is left dangling from his body.
I love my Beautiful and Elegant Water Empress!
>Kyouka Suigetsu is not a bankai, Yhwach remarked that Aizen's kyouka suigetsu had wilted before he broke it and landed that punch.
But he never landed shit, that was not even Aizen. Aizen was Ichigo.
Information in Jump suggests that Bleach's last chapter will be in Issue 38. Here is what we know.
Bleach 682 7/13 Issue 33 (Early Release)
Bleach 683 7/21 Issue 34
Bleach 684 7/28 Issue 35
Bleach 685 686 8/4 Issue 36/37 (Double Issue)
Bleach 687 8/18 (Yonkou stated that he'll try to get us this chapter early, so maybe 8/15)
All in all, Bleach is going to end a week after its 15th anniversary.
Oh you guys are going to love this. I think I know why Kubo wants to end Bleach so soon. Spoilered for Kubo.
No, Ichigo was Aizen. Aizen was Renji. The real Ichigo blasted Yhwach to fuck.
you're counting wrong, the combined 36/37 issue should have 685 only. Realistically speaking the only chance of a double chapter with Jump series is a Naruto situation where they released 699/700 together in 1 issue.
Another thing is that Bleach debuted in Issue 36/37 2001 so the editors might be planning to end it with that issue in line with the 15th anniversary. If thats the case then we should know next week whether or not its ending.
If however if lives past Issue 36/37 then I'll get Issue #38 early and whichever chapter is in that should come out faster.
As of now the only series confirmed ending is Mononofu which ends in Issue #34 (this week). The new serializations are as follows
#35 : Yakusoku Neverland by Posuka Demizu (art) & Kaiu Shiroi (story) start.
#38 : Love Rush by Ryôhei Yamamoto (E-Robot) start.
#39 : Red Sprite by Tomohiro Yagi (Iron Knight) start.
Based on this some series should end on Issue 36-37 and Issue 38 to make way for the new serializations. I have my money on Nisekoi and Bleach but whichever comes first will be the gamble.
>How does that even work? Yhwach can see EVERY future
The future is an illusion
Toshirou aged up because Kubo is going to pair him with Matsumoto.
>I have my money on Nisekoi and Bleach but whichever comes first will be the gamble.
It's hard to say, Nisekoi really seems like it'll be ending in the next two-three chapters. Bleach still has the final fight to go whereas Nisekoi just needs a chapter or two to wrap things up.
>ending in 2 chapters
Confirmed the whole arc was an illusion by Aizen, and Ywach is still stuck in the prison with him.
It will then reveal that they handled the Quincies with no important deaths on their side. Yamamoto, Ukitake and Unohana still alive and well.
Aizen loves the world. He loves everyone and everything in it. That's why he can't stand to see it under the control of a creature like the Soul King; nor its foul offspring like Yhwach.
No, clearly he is the only one who can fit the role of "Lynchpin" and hold the world he loves together. He is our true savior.
>yfw Bleach ends exactly like Shaman King
>Aizen becomes the new Soul King
>His demeanor becomes wholely benevolent at that point, because as God he comes to realize what a petty cunt he was before
I'd give many a kek.
Well, he thanked Yamamoto for saving "his world" after Yama tanked his own zan.
He also called SS "MY Soul Society". I guess he really cares about them.
But the logic of a loser is to want the world to stay the same. So he wants to change the world.
Aizen was the protagonist all along.
>Love Rush by Ryôhei Yamamoto (E-Robot) start.
>Red Sprite by Tomohiro Yagi (Iron Knight) start.
Wow did not think these authors would be back so soon. E-Robot was kinda cute if not generic, but Iron Knight was too plain
ending at the 15th anniversary. foreshadowed since the beginning because:
+1 Ichigo Faction (urahara counted here)
+ 0 for the ZERO squad
15 "good" factions
I dare you to say i'm not a 4th level
well if we assume the spoilers were correct with the whole ichigo was an illusion by aizen, I can see that happening in the chapter after it.
>ywach: I see, so you caught me in your illusion huh.
>no matter, with the powers of the soul king and almighty, I will see through it.
>*slices aizen in half*
>with all these powers, nothing can stop me.
>aizen: indeed... if you had all those powers in the first place.
>aizen: since when were you under the impression that you conquered soul society?
>*scene changes to ywach in his normal form inside aizen's cell*
Honestly we have no idea what the guy would of done when he actually won. From what we've seen the soul society isn't exactly guilt free
I bet he'd go full mojo jojo and make the world a paradise
>Aizen was the protagonist all along
Pretty much this. He believed what he was doing was what's best for Soul Society. Remember when Aizen pwned the Visoreds and Captains? He didn't finish them off as he wanted them to live in the new world he would create.
>Aizen's bankai is to change the perception of time so fucking hard he creates an alternate reality
>Yhwach was caught in it from the start, back at the beginning of the arc
>Yhwach thinks he's still in the prison back there
was it ever explained who that kid is? have i missed or forgotten something? as far as i remember he just appeared for a few chapters, had a little buildup and then disappeared forever
...the worst part is, this does make perfect sense.
Him and his girlfriend are just random grunts introduced to show off how badass Ichigo and company are to the perspective of the common folk. Because...reasons. They were a decent enough framing device for Ichigo's reintroduction post-Fullbring.
Humans in the RW because of his reiatsu?
He did warn the salary man not to get close to him.
But I see why he warned him now, even though he shouldn't have cared if the city was going to be demolished anyway.
He wasn't going to use KKT to make a key. He even said so before he got interrupted by dangai Ichigo.
what a fucking shame man, i kinda liked their introduction and him being in a few of the chapter's covers. i was kinda expecting ichigo to take him under his wing.
To make room for his replacement.
that was the whole implication, but Kubo likes to bring up characters he'll never use again
>Rukia is promoted to Captain following Ukitake's death
>This kid is made her VC
>Sentomaru? Kiyone? Who?
Also it just occurred to me we never saw Ukitake's bankai.
Kind of a shame.
>Bleach ends with Ichigo taking the sould king seat and sealing Ywash in himself
>Kubo announce Bleach GT set 15 later with Karin as a MC and she must find a way to release her brother
Here's my predictions for Captains in the Gotei 13 epilogue
> 1 Kyoraku
> 2 Soi Fon
> 3 Kira
> 4 Isane
> 5 Shinji
> 6 Byakuya
> 7 Ikkaku
> 8 Renji
> 9 Hisagi
> 10 Hitsugaya
> 11 Kenpachi
> 12 Mayuri
> 13 Rukia
Possibly but I think he also wanted to see something else happen.
Kira's a skeleton, not to mention Rose is still alive. Even if he is a fucking jobber. Same with Kensei. Renji taking over the 8th after Shunsui's promotion would be cool, as would Ikkaku becoming Iba's boss in the 7th, presuming that Komamura remains a dog.
>Karin and Yuzu are trying to fight a low-level hollow off
>Tatsuki's cheering them on and giving them advice
>Aizen's secretly watching from the bushes making sure they don't get hurt
>Ichigo's depressed because no powers
>Is approached by Ginjo, who tells him he can get them back for him
>Introduces him to Xcution, the Fullbringers
>Fullbring refers to supernatural abilities gained as the result of an "Infection" by a Hollow, generally as the result of the user's mother being assaulted by one while pregnant
>This is given as the full explanation for Chad's Hollow-y powers
>They train Ichigo to harness his own latent Hollow Powers, developing a Fullbring, supposedly as a stop-gap to regaining his Soul Reaper Powers
>Turns out is was a ruse! Ginjo's an ex-Substitute Soul Reaper and the reason Aizen was able to get away with having Rukia treated so harshly for making Ichigo one
>Just wanted Ichigo to gain a Fullbring so he could absorb the power for himself
>Rukia stabs Ichigo again
>Soul Reaper Powers + Fullbring Hollow Boost Get
And that kids is the story of how Ichigo got his groove back.
Mayuri stuck them in his magic pods once he was done with having them beat shit up. They'll be fine when all's said and done.
Also, another thought as far as rankings go. Think that Nozarashi will continue to act as the 11th's Lieutenant, or will someone else take her place?
He collapsed after defeating the nigga bird.
Unclear. Maybe lurking in SS.
Last time we saw her getting shut down by Aizen in SS. If she went to the SK Palace, she may have been killed by the Nigga Sniper.
He went to the SK Palace. Implied to be killed by Lille.
Zombiefied. Implied to have won against the Nigga Bird.
Implied to have been killed by Lille.
Defeated by the Miracle. Most likely alive though as Momo was carrying him.
Alive watching Ice-kun.
Watching the Miracle die.
Somehow ended up with Ichigo.
Useless piece of shit that picked up the dog and left.
Killed by Lille.
Written out of the story. Last appeared during Hisagi's Bankai training. She may have died there and Hisagi ended up never using his Bankai.
Sucking Byakuya's dick.
Was revived after Mayuri last fight. Left Hitsugaya who went to fight the miracle alone and went somewhere unknown.
Lost to the miracle.
Revealed to be Kenpachi's Sword spirit.
Resting in his capsule with Nemu, dragonball style.
Died while using Mimihagi.
Currently with Ichigo's waifu.
There are also the Fullbringer Captains who are practically Zombie and have no free will like Kira/Ice-kun.
>And just because Hisagi was shot doesn't mean he's dead, tons of characters have survived worse.
The whole narrative purpose was to showcase that any character can die and Lille is a pragmatic guy. Hisagi died then and there.
Except Kubo bothered dedicating pages to show that Hisagi has Bankai. Since he hasn't use it yet, that means it was just to show that he has what it takes to be Captain in the epilogue.
>>Except Kubo bothered dedicating pages to show that Hisagi has Bankai. Since he hasn't use it yet, that means it was just to show that he has what it takes to be Captain in the epilogue.
Yeah, just like Ukitake. He surely is alive as well. And I'm pretty sure Yachiru will also show us her Bankai. And Shinji too. And man Stark's Secundo Etapa will be so sick, won't it? I can't wait for Hashwalths' Vollständig.
Most likely dead, as they showed the circumstances behind his state and killing several times over, rather than just a one-off "Oh no!" shock "Kill". Still, I have my doubts. Maybe they'll show him bed ridden at the end without the Soul King's Hand keeping him going. Or maybe he'll just be dead.
>Yachiru will also show us her Bankai
She already did that silly.
Yes, Bleach is a bounty of missed opportunities.
that explains his lack of further appearance to me, I feel like kubo wanted the fullbring arc to change the entity of bleach, but since everyone fucking hated it he opted to use it as a return to status quo a drop most plotlines established in it
The Almighty uses sensory input. Yhwach still uses his eyes with his ability. The Almighty is the power to shape fate, being able to see every possible future is not The Almighty itself. Yhwach said so himself.
im getting an MGSV vibe from this shit. Creator forced to end his work early.
'The time is now
Please tell me how
Remembering how it used to be
Scarred for eternity
Was it meant to be?
A life in harmony...
From this world, contrary
As the flames caress my face
What we get from this is: Fire = Bad. Fire has to be Yamamoto. He took steps against him and even said he would kill him personally because he represented the soul society.
>yfw you realise after reading the lyrics that Yhwach is going to use zanka no tachi on Aizen. The thing aizen proved that he feared.
Anon, he's either trolling, or a blatant idiot. I'm too tired to put much thought into which, but either way, he's best ignored.
Yeah, well, that is the way of Kubo. He's never shied away from stating plainly that his standard practice is to make up new characters whenever he hits a roadblock writing. Given such a practice, it was inevitable that Bleach would come to an end without every member of its bloated cast getting fleshed out, developed, or having their power showcased.
Maybe when they make a Blood War OVA (Or hell, full TV series, it's overlong enough), Kubo'll pass along some notes so that the anime staff can do a bit more fleshing out themselves. Have characters who just got shunted to the sidelines in the manga show off fighting off grunts of some shit, I dunno.
RIP stuff we'll never see
>Most of the 0 Squad's Zanpakutos
>Isshin to reunite with Rangiku and Toshiro
>A bunch of other character interactions
>Ikkaku publicly uses his Bankai
>Yumichika publicly uses his true Shikai
>Chad getting another real fight/upgrade
>The Vollstandig of several Stern Ritters, including Haschwalth's
>Hallibel getting freed from the Vandenreich's Sex Dungeon
Anyone got anything else? I know there's way more.
I would love that. But since the anime, if it ever comes back, would come out after the Manga ended, they wouldn't feel the need to do filler and probably wouldn't add very much.
So I'm a little confused because I'm a dumb shit. Is it confirmed that Bleach is ending early/mid August? Or is it only a possibility?
There's so much shit that can't be covered in that time, unimportant stuff sure but I guess if they brought back the anime for the final arc they could just fill all that out.
Come on. At least you have to hand it to Kubo for not dragging out the conclusion and milking it for as long as humanly possible.
He dragged it out until Bleach's 15th anniversary exactly. That's some damn devotion to your work right there.
Thing is, a bunch of those things could have been resolved a long time ago.
Isshin could have used his Bankai against Aizen, or in the flashback arc.
Ikkaku and Yumichika could have used their true powers while fighting Giselle.
Shinji could have used his Bankai against Aizen or Bambi.
The 0 Squad could have had a page where they released their Zanpakutos only to get curbstomped by Yhwach later.
Yes. All so Bleach would hit the 700 chapter mark and reach its 15th anniversary.
Isshin tried, but Aizen kept him from doing it. We know that his bankai is similar to Ichigo's (initially) since it has a huge backlash and requires fine reiatsu control.
We already know what Ikkaku and Yumichika's powers are. Them not using Bankai is in line with them not wanting to be found out and to continue serving under Kenpachi. Shinji would've gotten oneshotted like Kensei and Rozu.
Not all things have to be revealed. At least be happy that we got Kenpachi's bankai. No one was expecting that.
At least we got the Raiju.
I just kind of presume that beyond the whole "Jesus" thing we've had explained, he essentially just used his fame as a messiah to screw as many bitches as he wanted, and thus the Quincy were born.
>Hallibel getting freed from the Vandenreich's Sex Dungeon
Eh, more-or-less implicit, given how long Urahara, Orihime, Chad and Grimmjow were trolling around Mexico. Still would've been nice to actually see.
>Isshin to reunite with Rangiku and Toshiro
>A bunch of other character interactions
This, more than anything, is what hurts.
OP isn't ending yet so I don't know why you're even bothering to bring that up. If anycase if you've had a manga running for 15 years you can't say it wasn't dragged out
You are retarded enough to believe this
>Me, sir ? I think Bleach will end next week or the week after at most!
to be fair, she hasn't been shown dead. The only thing mentioned is that all the VCs bar Nanao, Rukia, Renji and Momo were down before Shunsui started his fight with Lille. So there's nothing directly indicating she's down. But we literally have not seen her at all since the start of that fight
Who else is there?
Yammy sucks, Aaronerio and Szayel are burning in Hell, and I doubt Mayuri would want to bring the latter back even if he could...Nnoitra would've been cool, Ulquiorra's and Barragan didn't leave behind bodies to bring back, and Starrk...probably would've been too OP narratively speaking.
>tfw you will never be friends with the qt in high school with Grimmjow pictures all over her binder ever again
She's fucking Chad now, Anon.
>Aizen is fucking full power Yhwach shit up
>no Hogyoku needed
So this shit would have ended a long time ago if they had just released Aizen from the very beginning?
But the stupid Shinigami decided to job for like 200 chapters instead
>chad triggers the third impact
>human instrumentality succeeds
>birdboy reunites with mother
I agree but I think Shinji wasn't powerful enough to be a threat to Gerrard.
"All my senses are making it impossible to fight? What would you call it if I were to hit all of you in a single swing? A miracle!"
That's why I was thinking it would be the perfect opportunity to show off his bankai. I mean, there was no other way to beat him other way than confuse him until he can no longer move.
What happened to the circlejerking Himefags? Did they finally get banned?
Just a head's up that the Isshin Flashback was one of the best parts of Bleach no matter how you put it.
Morning, anon. How are you doing today? Would you like to discuss the spoilers with me?
Definitely. Anything with this smug is awesome to me
>Red Sprite by Tomohiro Yagi (Iron Knight) start
Aww yeah, finally. I was one of the three people on /a/ that liked IK and thought it deserved to survive the axe. The art was good.
>b-bakana, b-but I trained to fight A-Aizen
Wait, what was Kubo implying by showing that Ryuuken's mom's leg had aids?
Maybe not instant, but fast enough
So are there really just three chapters left for Bleach? Keep in mind that the last 3 arcs have had two chapters of epilogue following the final blow of the battles.
That means that Yhwach needs to lose NEXT CHAPTER.
>Ichigo hasn't used his hollow power yet
>not even FGT
>Aizen hasn't used Bankai or Hogyoku yet
>not even Incantation for Hado 99
>Yhwach still losing
>Renji already went all out and got wrecked in one punch
iirc the final volume is going to be expanded, so there might be as much as 15 chapters in it.
So there's probably no more than 7 chapters remaining.
I think you're right though about epilogue chapters. The series is ending so maybe we'll get an extra epilogue chapter? Sounds like Yhwach's defeat will come in be no more than a month away.
>mfw Uryuu's Mom was stronger than haschwalth as she survived for three fucking months
Im pretty sure he wasn't there, either through luck or because he knew they were coming. They only came there first because they didn't have a place, until Matsumoto got with Orihime, Yumichika and Ikkaku with Keigo, Renji to Urahara's shop...
That reminds me, I don't remember where did Hitsugaya stay at. Was it with Chad?
well, haschwalth was supposed to be a quincy with no special abilities until he met ywach. also, the other sternritters like bazz, gisel and liltoto lasted much longer.
so I assume that haschwalth circumstances prevented him from surviving or lasting long after it.
That's not how it works. Tsukishima can only change how the past happened, not the present where Ichigo lost his Quincy and Hollow powers.
However, Ichigo probably still has the potential to gain Quincy and Hollow powers so he could regenerate them with time or a big power-up.
Completely forgot that Kubo foreshadowed Zombie Kira this far back.
Tsukishima changes the target's past by inserting himself in it. He can either add himself as a new person, or replace another person who actually was there. I think he managed to undo Almighty on Ichigo's bankai by replacing Yhwach in Ichigo's most recent past. If that's what he did, then he could've also not stolen Ichigo's powers.
Ichigo's powers would still be stolen. Orihime would need to physically reject the stealing of the powers, which she didn't do (and likely can't; she doesn't directly replace reiatsu).
Normal Bleach volumes have 11 chapters in them. Chapter 683 brings the count of chapters not in a volume up to 9, and the next volume has already been confirmed to be the last one.
So volume 74 could be longer than normal, but not by more than 4-5 chapters as past that it stops making sense to have a long final volume, and starts making sense to have an additional volume.
So a minimum of 2 chapters left, a maximum of 7 chapters. And Jump usually doesn't like to exceed 20 series running at a time, though they've done so occasionally. With Mononofu ending and a new series starting this week with two more confirmed for issues 38 and 39, odds are good two more series will end by then.
>nothing really came out of this
That statement applies to the whole series, really.
>only Grimmjow ends up showing the results
Grimmjow jobbed to Askin and then stole the kill. Chad did fucking nothing. Orihime was able to handle Yhwach until the plot came down on her and Ichigo.
Come on guys, how about you relax and take solace in the fact that Askin is dead. Would you rather have him run around being a lazy cunt some more while everyone else was busy trying to murder the viking?
So what happens next chapter?
If Bleach really ends in 3 chapters, then Yhwach needs to lose next chapter. Ishida shows up and shoots him and he gets cut down by Ichigo.
If Bleach has a bit more, then he shrugs off the hit and strikes back in a big way. Ichigo can then get some sort of final power-up and a Bankai that doesn't look like shit.
that could also mean the bankai he broke was an illusion, if Aizen switched places with Renji.
But then I think that would mean Renji would be dead.
I'm not entirely sure if his illusions only target individuals or not. We've only seen him make people appear different (or disappear) and even making objects (his sword) but I can't think of a time he made something appear that wasn't there.
>I can't think of a time he made something appear that wasn't there.
Aizen's illusionary corpse was only an illusion. Well, probably. I guess he could have used some random body of a Shinigami instead? He did need to use a subordinate as a decoy to overlay his illusion in the Pendulum arc.
>Fuck. At least we got Shunsui's bankai, which was great, even if he jobbed despite using it.
He didn't really job. His opponent was just bullshit levels of immortal to the point of surviving decapitation. He needed a deus ex machina to be defeated (and still wasn't killed even by that!).
It's basically 4 chapters after this week, since one's a double.
The last one, 687, will no doubt be an epilogue chapter
So there's this week, plus 3 more chapters worth of fighting, which is on par with the fights this arc.
I assume it's because when people think 'Tenza Zangetsu' they think thin black katana with black robes, while new TZ has a lot more common with Ichigo's old Shikai (hint-hint).
He held up the corpse and revealed it was his sword.
It makes sense that he could initiate an illusion on the sword itself that would be able to maintain itself for so long, and give off his reiatsu effectively.
>since one's a double.
Double Jump issue does not mean double chapter! Where do people get this idea? We have double issues of Jump all the time but virtually never have double chapters.
Naruto had a special double chapter release on its last week, but that was a unique event. Bleach is unlikely to get the same treatment.
Fug I want this. But his hollow powers are no more right ?
The design is plain and is not big enough to be a "bankai" by Byakuya's standarts. If he had a new outfit to go with it, it would've been fine but nah, nothing just a big sword.
Why did Kubo drop this design ? It was fucking sexy. Its bankai too.
But Urahara's was a massive disappointment. Out of all the possibilities it could supposedly do "remaking" shit, all it did was serve as a glorified reiatsu shield and a teleportation device.
As a whole the Final War arc in the manga is some of the best that Bleach has to offer, even the pacing is a significant improvement, it's certainly worth a shot.
Just don't ask where to find the chapters, no one wants to spoonfeed newfags all summer.
he will be given lungs and a new body by the Reio for sacrificing everything. Kubo said he would look good with a different colour hair. He also said he would be cured this arc.
>mfw Hasch's Schrift was revealed like 100+ chapters ago
Once again, 'transcendent' is just an umbrella term for a level of reiatsu that can't be perceived by others. Yhwach is a Quincy so his 'reiatsu' is simply the quantity of Reishi he can control at a given time, for all purposes he's a Transcendent as well.
>I doubt Mayuri would want to bring the latter back even if he could
I'd digress. It was because of Szayel's previous researches he managed to open a Garganta and probably the way he managed to get so involved into this zombie business. I'd say he could bring him back as a lab partner.
Anyone else think the end is going to be mega bullshit?
Like Juha absorbed Ichigo's hollow which should be poison to that asshole.
So Juha's defeat is going to be some, he didn't really want to win bullshit, he poisoned himself so ichigo is forced to become the soul king, after he dies bull shit.
A ton of the signs are there, and I just don't see Kubo letting Ichigo win normally.
I am just now getting why they call it "double"
A weekly jump goes from one week to the next
a double jump is 2 weeks.
A triple would be 3.
But, Bleach is highly likely to get a double chapter like Naruto.
>we already have Yhwach's weakness be targeting his eyes
>we already have Ichigo's Bankai broken literally a Chapter after he fixed it
>we already have Yhwach affected by Aizen's Kyoka Suigetsu
>we already had all the bad guys cleansed for almost no logical reason
It was specifically mentioned by aizen that he could purposefully let himself be sensed by others.
Since Aizen is bound up, that might be happening regardless.
As for Ichigo, the same could be true. Since he gradually gained the power back, he adjusted it to safe levels
I think Kubo wanted to restart the series but reverse it... Notice how the kid slightly resembles Rukia where Ichigo would train him and the Unagi shop girl would have been like a Urahara probably getting him into situations for his part time "job"
The two new Karakura shinigami were introduced for two reasons, one was to reintroduce Quincies and the Balance of Souls concept to the current Bleach audience, and the other was for scaling the average Shinigami to Ichigo and co. in Karakura.
So everything that was predicted in these threads is actually happening. Bleach meme magic really works.
It's only about 30 or so chapters fewer actually
So not a big difference
And the Quincy arc has far more
uselesscharacters too....which I never though would have been possible before but Kubo proved me wrong
>Out of all the possibilities
Like what? Live surgery was rad concept and fit his character. Were you one of those people who would insist that he would be final villain and his bankai would be some another stupid hax bullshit?
Besides a few standouts, the Sternritter were never meant to be the focus of this arc; in other words, their shallowness was entirely intentional on Kubo's part. His biggest regret of the Arrancar arc was making the Espada too likeable.
>the other sternritters like bazz, gisel and liltoto lasted much longer
3 fucking months did not pass int he fucking manga you idiot. The reality is collapsing in 7 days. Stop fucking mixing real world time to story time you level 0 reader nigger.
I always hated the explanation for fullbringers. I think it would have been better if it was just "these humans exposed to a bunch of spirit energy", since it would explain Orihime's and Chad's powers, while making seem like Ichigo got some kind of ability for holding onto his badge and living with his re-shinigami'd dad and being around his friends who now had spirit powers.
>Kubo intended it to be shit gaiz
Well it's still shit
I don't get how the Arrancar were likeable anyways...more like forgettable as fuck same with the "Sternritter"(god that name is dumb to anyone who knows german)
>which doesn't make sense since they're dead in the first place?
Being dead =! being immortal in Bleach. The lifespan of a soul is significantly longer than a human body but souls still age.
So long as the ruki/a/fags get banned as well for false flagging, I'm okay with both /a/utist.
>they're suppose to be shit
Ahhh...Bleachfags. I will not miss you or this manga at all.
I think it was heavily implied that they live and die for Yhwach. Probably the newer Ritters didn't know about it only.
Shit, that still bothers me.
His Volstandig is even one of the few that was named (Grimaniel, 'Walk/Step of God') but my brain simply can't find a word or power that fits his Shrift.
The Near is the one that pops into my head most easily, I suppose Nimble would fit as well.
Alternatively Kubo left his as "The N" for some reason that only makes sense in Nipponese.
Maybe after a long vacation; even if he were to try to continue Zombie Powder it would need to be changed quite a bit, since he borrowed so much of it's story for Bleach. I expect he'll have to work on a few one-shots before he lands another hit.
Okay, this still genuinely confuses me. I don't know if I'm missing something or not.
The Book of the End causes Tsukishima to insert himself into the past of what he stabs and change an event. Doing this, he stopped Tensa Zangetsu from being destroyed. However, the new Tensa Zangetsu is a combination of both Ichigo's Quincy/Hollow reiatsu. Before Yhwach left back into SS, he took that reiatsu from his body.
So he can still wield the same blade without possessing that reiatsu? Or does Tsukishima changing the event in which Tensa Zangetsu break negate Yhwach reclaiming Ichigo's power?
He changed Ichigo's past so that his Bankai broke differently, which could mean that Ichigo still has the powers Yhwach took from him. However, since his powers would only affect Ichigo's personal timeline, Ywhach would still have the stolen powers as well.
>So he can still wield the same blade without possessing that reiatsu? Or does Tsukishima changing the event in which Tensa Zangetsu break negate Yhwach reclaiming Ichigo's power?
Could be both or neither. Think of TZ not just as a sword but as a representation of Ichigo's will. As long as the sword is whole, he can wield it, but whether or not he can achieve it's true power is still an unknown variable at this time.
Tensa Zangetsu represents his powers, in a way. It was pretty obvious Ichigo's Hollow powers were on his horn and appearance, I'd argue his Quincy powers were mere Blut. The Zanpakutou itself has nothing to do with them.
(Zangetsu is not a Hollow, it's a Zanpakutou Spirit which resembles one)
Ichigo: How you gonna win this! Rukia!
Rukia: fufufufu…Sweet Ichigo, the hard work paid with this trip, you better do not fail!
>Toriyama, being the biggest fucking hack in existence
>he says this in a bleach thread
Quilge had trouble with that fucking monster created from the Harribel's bitches arms, the Sternjobbers are trash. Harribel is a fucking shit compared to Ulquiorra, Barragan and Starrk
Not really. Kubo's backgrounds are actually high-tier when he includes them, also few mangaka can actually manage to keep a story interesting for over a hundred chapters, let alone almost 700.
>also few mangaka can actually manage to keep a story interesting for over a hundred chapters, let alone almost 700.
In that case it is literally no one's fault but Kubo's for not ending it earlier.
what are you even talking about blut tanked everything lol, quilge can 1v1 every espada except maybe barragan and low-mid diff
the espada are nothing to the sternritter, there are quite a few sternritter that can defeat them all at once
I mean it was clear he ran out of ideas after Soul Society so he repeated the Kidnapping shit but this time around with Orihime instead
He outright ripped off Shikon no Tama from Inuyasha and called it the "Hogyoku" too after he got tired of ripping off Yu Yu Hakusho, Saint Seiya and to some extent Shaman King
If it wasn't for Skavelier (if I wrote it correctly), Quilge would've still been beaten up by Aiion at this point. I highly doubt Aiion would've grown tired any time soon.
Best girl by the way
