For some reason this is the only Jojo death that actually makes me depressed. I didn't feel anything for previous deaths, but this will always hit me, probably because the characters in Part 7 aren't one dimensional like in other parts and actually feel human.
Anyone else feel the same way?
Part 7 is literally the only Part with substance over style
Araki matured as an author and abandoned memes in favor of character development
Are Part7 fags the Madokafags/Evafags of Jojo? They're obnoxioux with muh character development muh most human Jojo bullshit.
You act like he creates them intentionally, it's the fanbase.
Yeah, remember that The World asspull at the end, how riveting and mature, if Araki ever memed it was final of SBR.
The WOOD fight was hype as shit, and it made sense too. It was Valentine's last resort and it just so ~happened~ to be that that Diego had THE WOOD.
Fight was fucking hype, we got to see that moment with Johnny's father, and Diego's death at the hand of Lucy/his own head was brilliant.
Learn to have some fun, anon.
Yeah damn right, we need more NARANCIA IS BEST GIRL fags or "I must muh manime"fags, clearly.
Is this autistic enough for you senpai? Or do you want me to drw the whole thing?

Shigechi's death was more heartbreaking for me. I saw Gyro's death coming since the beginning of Part 7. However, I wasn't expecting Shigechi to die.
>Part 8 latter chapters
>corpse gets recovered
>Ticket to Ride is activated
>Josefumi is sent to original universe Morioh in 1987, during the worse blizzard in 18 years....
What would you do?
I didn't say it wasn't fun, I love it and I might one day have fun rereading it as soon as people stop pretending that SBR is deep-mature-substance-over-style art piece that threw away all the memes and grew up all of the sudden it's still Jojo with it's bullshit.
SBR is the pinnacle of "Jojo"
That doesn't make it deep, or even deeper than "Jojo"
But, the two main characters have some of the most depth of anyone in the series and their relationship rivals that of buddy cop movies, it's truly a joy to seem them interact
>SBR is deep-mature-substance-over-style art piece
No one thinks that, we(as in people who think SBR is the best) just think that it has the best writing, thus it's superior to the rest of the series
The characters feel very real, they aren't one dimensional like a lot of times in previous parts. The Joestar of this part is not a good guy like the JoJos of previous parts. The whole story is a lot more mature. Some awesome stands and a great antagonist also help. It's overally a very good manga and way above the level of the previous parts.
The arts great, the writing's great, the story's great and the fights are great outside of a few at the start which are irrelevant and only last a chapter or two.
What else can you really critique a manga on?

Johnny is literally Gyro sidekick tho. The focus often change from Gyro who is already good and Johnny who has to grow. having enough attention put in a duo is one of the reasons why part 7 is great. Heck most of the side characters are great because they dont follow the same path as the MCs so they get their time to shine and arent always in the back waiting for the MC to win his fight like in most parts.

The deaths in part 3 onwards kinda didn't affect me too much on an emotional level. A large cast being mostly fine, with a fake out then real death desensitized me to the rapid deaths that followed. Was part 4s sandwich death the only death of consequence? Time fake out deaths didn't count, RHCP sucked so hard as an antagonist they just killed him and went without one for a while. Part 5's Bruno was lovable and died at a good time, instead of just like in part 3 where everyone has to mostly die so that THIS is the stand battle that has weight. 3 5 and 6 all had the issues of a gaggle of characters that don't survive the final battle, but most are fine up until the end. 1 2 and 7 had a duo, giving them more development. It comes with the drawback that one of the two have had to die for maximum impact. Granted 3 tried to get rid of Avdol, and kakky eye surgery wrote him out for a bit as well, but everyone survives until the group fight and drops like flies. However, I am hopefull for 8 even though it has a large cast just from seeing how a single sweaty fatty just comes out of nowhere and nearly beats everyone, like a lot of fights, but it was graphic and a real sense of danger and powerlessness.
Maybe alternate Jotaro would belive it but there's no telling if the dude was even a Stardust Crusader since his life was changed completely.
Everyone else outside the Speedwagon Foundation that knows shit about anything is either dead, senile or in an Italian mob.
Poor Emporio probably got committed.
>OP post spoils Gyro's death
>mfw the part 7 anime opening will spoil gyro death with something similar to joseph taking caesar headband
>shot of Gyro running with his horse with waves crashing behind him
>transitions out as the ocean waves take over
>followed by Johnny holding the steel ball as in the "let's go home" panel
What kind of stand would you get depending on your personality, i mean that's random shit since Jotaro and DIO got the same regardless they are two really different kind people.
this is a statement i never thought i'd find myself agreeing with. I expected Koichi to die after Kira gave him the donut, especially with the whole "who cares if i'm gonna die, you'll get caught eventually and i'll see you in hell" thing. That was kickass and would have been an absolutely amazing way for him to go out. But alas, he didn't, and I was admittedly a little disappointed.
Holy fuck what has happened to the thread. Someone Hunger Games, talk about Kira, shit on Part 6, just do something to get people talking,
>Hermes is the worst bro-jo
>Diavolo is a good villain, it's just that Pucci and Kira are better
>Araki should have done more stuff with Part 4 than just sucking Rohan's dick
>Why do anime-onlys obsess over Joseph and Part 2 so much
this thread is now claimed for DAMO
all NON ROCKMAN posters must LEAVE
i just noticed tusk has 4 balls
tusk = josuke????
Reminder that Steel Ball Run will NEVER be animated, due to the low sales of the very weak Vento Oreo and Stone Ocean. David Production simply won't have the money to produce part 7 and it will never be seen by human eyes.
I skipped part 3 because it was too long and complete shit monster of the week bullshit, skipped 5 because it was just plain shit, and skimmed part 1.
Also I just skipped the beginning of part 4 and started when Kira is introduced.
Name me ONE (1) important thing I missed in the parts I skipped.
God, I feel so bad for Emporio. He really didn't deserve any of what happened to him.
>part 7 fags REALLY think they are going to get their autismrace on the silver screen
If they aren't going to do 5 and 6 they won't do 7. They will go in order and probably stop after 5 when it gets embarrassing sales.
>Yoshikage Kira Just Wants A Quiet Fuck
Does anybody know of a way to download the redone parts of the VA translation?
I tried going to the JJCA dropbox, but they only have the colored scans.
My friend is reading the manga on his phone, and doesn't like to use websites, so bato.to is out of the question.
Didn't do much for me. His only characterisation before the ghost scene was being an absolute cunt for no reason. It was a neat scene but he fucking died so in terms of character development it was worthless. I wanted to like him but holy shit.
>I'm supposed to watch monster of the week and slice of life shit 50% of the time
I guess quality anime isn't for you then. Jojo is only good like 50% of the time, and that is only when the main party fights the main villain and people start dying left and right. That is literally the only time Jojo is good.
DO NOT lie to me and say you would watch it without those parts, because the show would be complete shit.
The Jojo anime has SOLELY been able to keep being produced because of it recently catching on in America. Once Vento Faggo airs and everyone loses interest the show will be done.
I add depth to him with my headcanon
I like to think he peed in Giorno's mouth while he was sleeping
One time, the Girono wakes up. He tastes the urine this time. He comes over nad kisses abbachips penis and then they have sex.,
Name me JUST ONE (1) thing that is important in any of the pieces of the show I skipped. Its all enemy of the week filler or slice of life filler. Bleach has less filler than Jojo for fuck's sake
>the train fight in part 5 wasn't good
>ringo's fight wasn't good
>diego's fights weren't good
>the three DIO sons didn't have good fights
>none of Damo's fights have been good
and that's off the top of my concussed head, minor villain fights never live up to the main villain (except for whammu or vanilla ice) but there's a lot of gold fights that happen
You realise you're pretty much saying a lot of jojo is shit just because it doesn't appeal to you?
You're not enjoying it so it's obviously not your kind of manga / show.
And yeah I would still enjoy it even without those parts. Obviously I wouldn't like it as much as I do now but I still would.
I don't know what literally any of those things are, and Diego is in part 7 and I'm not that far yet. I'm only on part 6. I got by just fine and understand the story fully without reading some of those "cool" filler fights. If they don't progress the plot in ANY way, they are filler.
Jojo is 75% filler including entire parts like 3, 5, and half of 4. I just skip the filler and get to the good part.
My sister bought this for me for Christmas a couple years ago
The little string between the star on his head and his nose broke off
I said anime retard. The manga will keep selling to manchildren that wish they were cool just enough to keep Araki fed and clothed, but that's about the extent of the series' success. America just barely keeps the anime afloat, but that won't last much longer
Thanks for the double (You)s, but consider improving the quality of your bait next time.
I'm sorry, I haven't been in jojo threads since part 2 finished
I'm behind on all the memes but please don't tell me what it means, I don't think I care enough
I dunno, I found him pretty interesting and compelling. Sure, his hatred of Giorno was pretty odd, but it felt good that one of the crew didn't trust him unquestionably like all of the others came to.
And he's also Buccellati's most loyal and dedicated man by far, too - he was the one most willing to die in his line of duty with the mirror guy, he was furious at Giorno for prioritizing survival over completing the mission, and he was the first to follow Buccellati after he betrayed the boss. The afterlife scene where he comes to terms with what happened with his partner didn't really show anything new about him, it summed up what he was pretty well - an emotionally wounded guy who was ruled by his guilt over slacking on his duty, and coped with it by putting loyalty and duty above all else ever since, lashing out at anyone who didn't.
The bad translation fucks him over particularly hard though, I've heard, which is why a lot of people read him as boring.
>tfw no boyfriend to dress up as Gyro while you dress up as Johnny
>he will never fuck you in the ass while whispering sweet nyohos in your ear
I can live with that
but I have a penis
All the character development and central themes that become important in the last battles are built on through out the part and most of those battles you skipped.
Everyone in part 6 except emperio dies. Gyro, Mountain Tim, Diego and Hot Pants all fucking die.
It really will be. The universe split clearly indicates this. There have been hints that the universes will merge again, and it will happen in this part. The timeline of part 8 is now taking place in the same year as part 6. This part will bring us to the universe merge, and all the heroes of the previous parts and all the heroes of part 7 and 8 will fight against DIO(god form) once more.
The anime is barely sold or localized in America, you fucking faggot. It's only had the first two seasons dubbed. Random dickheads in America watching the new episode on kissanime every week doesn't help anyone. The most Americans do is supply an audience for the games.
>all these people biting
>There have been hints that the universes will merge
You literally see them die, and since it's before Pucci puts MiH into full effect, they stay dead. Someone like them is born in their place because of fate, but it isn't them.
>Josuke being in both worlds
>Steel ball run being a basic retelling of Part 1, showing the universes are in lockstep
>most characters having a counterpart in both universes
>Stone ocean and part 8 taking place in the exact same year
>more little foreshadowing things, but I don't want to bore you
This part will merge the timelines. Dual universe Josuke's are about to fuck shit up together
the more Diavolo dies the less he keeps of himself and the farther away he is from where he died untill he lost his dick and memories and became a girl in a parallel universe Japan that girl is Yasuho
Araki has literally said he would never have the two Josukes meet in the manga
Heck, last part's main antagonist was literally based around alternate dimensions and could've been used to collide the universes, but the most we got was za warudo but it still had an SBR character attached to it
>Jonathon and Zeppeli
>Both Die, along with Dio
Diego will return in part 9, book it. Mirror universes, mirror lifespans. Diego would not die in part 7, his mirror counterpart lived longer than that so he must as well.
Jonathan lived a decade less than Johnny. Jotaro got split into two fucking people, one of whom died and became a part of ANOTHER person and the other of whom is a fucking girl. Danny changed species and caused the death of a brother who never even existed before instead of being burned alive.
Kira seems to have some of his interests, but Kyo Nijimura is also Holly's child, has a similar hat and a similar personality. I'm pretty sure that Jotaro got incarnated into two, like Erina ended up being Lucy Steel as well as Rina Higashikata.
>Narancia's stand is named Aerosmith for "Dude Looks Like a Lady"
>Fugo's stand is named Purple Haze for "Excuse me while I kiss this guy"
Anything else like this?
I really like the outfit for jotaro in part 6
I just figured out what that outfit reminded me of
You don't make sense. You think it's shit, and you argue against the fact that you don't like it by listing things about it you hate? You don't like JoJo and that's okay, no one's forcing you to.
>no one's forcing you to.
That's why I skipped all the shit parts and only read the good parts. You retards actually ARE trying to force me to read the parts I don't want to, because you are trying to tell me not to read the manga at all if I don't like every bit of it.
I feel like my stand would be either a slower, no time stop star platinum, or a seemingly weak stand with a somewhat abstract ability that if used very creatively, can be very dangerous.
If JoJo would ever get a live action adaptation, this scene would be perfect with Johnny B. Goode playing in the background.
I feel like SBR would be easiest to transform into a movie.
there's not even that many pictures of all the Jorge Joestar stands combined
draw Stepmom instead
Part 1 wouldn't be that bad either. Dude is travelling to kill his vampire brother who kissed his gf and he can do it because some italian monk forced himself into the party. Part 2 would have problems because masters too strong and gay. And nazis.
Yeah, they'd need some good acting there. I personally found beginning pretty powerful by itself though, with Jonathan getting fucked over at every turn by some blonde fuck who came out of nowhere.
And then there's Danny. Hardest part would be getting the timing right so by the time people start getting bored it's when Dio comes home for an action scene to spice it up.
THE TERM 'INCARNATE' MEANS TO EMBODY OR REPRESENT SOMETHING, YOU SCREAMING FUCK, AND THUS DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN SOMETHING STUPID AND INCORRECT LIKE 'JOTARO KUJO DIED AND HIS SPIRIT WAS REBORN AS KYO NIJIMURA AND YOSHIKAGE KIRA'.
THANKS AND SAME TO YOU WITHOUT THE GET, ASSHOLE. I HOPE YOU GET ONE OF YOUR OWN SOMETIME.
New Ichiban Kuji (prize) items.
Special prize tapestry and bag (not pictured), towels, badges, drinking glasses, and kokeshi rubber straps.
"Last One" special ticket prize.
Why the fuck are the palettes in EOH so shitty?
Johnny looks like a fucking Christmas elf. Gyro's no better. The only one who might look better than their original palette is Anasui, because now he looks more distinct from Diavolo.
The real crime is the color they used for Soft and Wet.
>bright yellow and green
Anything but white and black, white and blue, or an inversion of those two is just a goddamned waste of that design.
Hope we get our stands tomorrow
I had a dream where I went to a convention for us
And Araki was hiding in the rafters in dark corners, smiling really wide, aiming the bow and arrow
He didn't shoot anybody but I had the feeling that on the next day of the convention he would
I only caught glimpses of him as he jumped from each steel beam
I hope Araki will shoot me one day
The ending to Part 6 is literally perfect.
>mfw re-reading it
>listening to Stairway to Heaven the entire Made To Heaven fight
I want to
I still think it ends way too abruptly for an ending that drastically changes so much shit with mechanics that haven't been explored at all in the series.
But maybe that's because it's supposed to be open to interpretation etc. etc.
The finale of Steel Ball Run was certainly not asspull bullshit.
Even after they killed Valentine the race was still not over, and the rivalry which had been built up between Diego and Johnny was mostly unresolved. Valentine's last resort being to get someone else to secure the Holy Corpse made sense and Diego was the best choice as that universe's Diego was dead several miles back. Besides, don't even pretend it wasn't the shit.
>Johnny turns around
That page is one of the single hypest moments in the franchise.
Yeah. Even though the climax of SBR was Johnny and Gyro fighting Valentine, it made sense that Diego and Johnny needed some real closure.
I also liked that said closure came with a truly villainous Diego, and seeing The World again was a nice bonus. Dino-Diego was great in that he was different from DIO, right down to his stand and personality, THE WORLD Diego was great in that he was the same.
I really like the bit where Valentine comments on how long it took to find a Diego that was actually alive. I've always thought it was a nice nod to the fact that if you just went to the next universe over the odds of him having The World are slim as fuck.
>don't even pretend it wasn't the shit.
It wasn't though
Dio's had enough time in the limelight and there was no reason to bring back The World besides stupid pandering bullshit
Honestly, I agree but only with Anasui, Jotaro, and Hermes all dying, that went WAY too fast.
Especially Hermes, with being the "BroJo" and all, she got such a minor villian death. (I say minor villain because even minor allies get better ways to go out than she did.)
Yeah, D4C having limits is great. Although I'm far from a Valentine-apologist, the bit of info where he admitted he'd searched countless universes for a living copy of his father and never found one did endear him to me a little.
I wonder what happened to the other Diegos? Presumably they wouldn't have Scary Monsters since he only got that through exposure to it and the corpse-parts, which only exist in the root world. Maybe most Diegos died without getting stands, or something.
It was a last hurrah for DIO. It's a proper sendoff for one of the coolest characters in the franchise, where you actually get to see someone fight DIO with his time stopping ability without Jotaro's asspull, which is something I personally always wanted to see. You'll never see him again, so why not let him go out in style?
Yeah, there were hardly even any panels of them afterwards. It all just seemed way too sudden. I guess that was the point, but it felt like it could've been done better.
At least Jolyne got a pretty great death. Even if it was technically off-screen, that sort of added to it for me.
And to continue from >>144116312
I feel like the speed and everything going so fast fit well due to Made In Heaven's time acceleration. If it went longer than it did, I feel as if the readers would get less of an effect.
Agreed. The last chapter needed to be 2 chapters imo. In the span of 20 pages we get transportation to the new universe, Emporio getting WR and killing Pucci, and the Ireneverse stuff with little explanation. If it ended with Emporio killing Pucci and landing in the new universe and we'd gotten more of the new universe in the final chapter so there was time to actually describe what happened then it would have been GOAT. It still is pretty great but like 90% of people don't get it on their first time reading it.
Alright, you've swayed my view in the other direction.
I hope you're right about no more Dio though. I don't hate him exactly but fuckin' a we've seen enough of the guy already
Yeah, that's another pet peeve of mine when it comes to Part 6. If they had had
>More crew downtime where they interact (half of them barely even talk to the other half for fuck's sake)
>Not have those weak fights in the middle back to back with Dragon's Dream, Yo-Yo Ma etc.
>More fleshed out ending that explains shit a bit more clearly
I think would've enjoyed it a whole lot more.
Oh yeah, Jolyne's death was fantastic. Especially with Emporio yelling for her to hold on several times. Every JoJo ending is too much to handle for me, I get emotional real easy. Emporio completely wrecking Pucci's shit is hype as fuck though and probably the second best ending fight aside from Part 7 due to Pucci completely melting down. AND HIM USING WEATHER REPORT? Such a fitting end, love it.
Emporio meeting everyone again in the new universe is really happy and I feel like I should be satisfied but I'm really sad that we won't see Part 4 Josuke, or even Giorno for that matter.
>Guy has one of the strongest Stands in the series and he gets rekt by the very thing (person?) that gave him his Stand
>And also a rock
I dunno, Johnny had loads of moments of badassery, didn't he?
I mean, sure, he freaked out and got kicked around a lot, but he also had a kill-count way higher than Gyros. For a bunch of fights, Gyro was the damsel in distress while it was Johnny to the rescue, it wasn't like Johnny was some weak bitch who barely got his chance to shine.
If anything I'm glad that it let Lucy and Steven Steel be of use. Lucy in particular, seeing how the girl who'd once cried and trembled at the thought of putting herself in danger fucking decapitating a guy and going off with the intent of killing another/the same guy was so satisfying.
I feel like Araki completely re-evaluated himself after Part 6, in my opinion I feel like he tried much harder to develop characters, include better designs, etc.
I feel like Araki realized that he used this outfit for a decently big villain and thought about it for a little.
I care. Even if Shigechi was a shit, he was just a kid, and died in the most horrifying way possible, and was terrified the entire time. Even his fucking spirit was tortured, the only time we ever see a fucking spirit ascending in anyway except calm and peaceful.
>but I'm really sad that we won't see Part 4 Josuke, or even Giorno for that matter.
I know it's up to interpretation, but wouldn't things pre part 6 still be the same? Or are you talking about the story simply concluding there?
This is the best explanation tbqh
To me it came off more as "Part 3 is the best, no part will ever top that part so here have The World again since this part and every future part sucks"
It pisses me off and ruins both parts 7 and 3 for me to the point that part 5 is my favorite over top of 7 for that alone
More of the story, I meant. I know that everything will be the same, which leaves me to the question if people like Kira, Diavolo, etc. would still be alive?
But anyways, yeah, I feel like Giorno could have much more story to be told. Especially him being a mob boss and he could possibly learn of his bloodline. I don't know, would have been real neat.
It sucks because Rykiel was actually a pretty interesting and compelling character, I thought. I'd have been more than happy to see more about him, if he didn't fucking look like that.
But yeah, part seven notably had way more peaceful moments for Johnny and Gyro. Thank god, part 5 and 6 were pretty much nothing but a neverending series of battles, particularly 5.
But there's nothing that suggests that Pucci was erased from the timeline. Wouldn't it be more likely that he was reborn the same as them, but his life simply took a different path than the one it did in the original universe?
I mean, I struggle to see how Pucci being erased from the universe would keep Anasui out of jail or Hermes' sister alive, considering that he had nothing to do with either of those. It just seems like a universe where everyone (except Emporio, poor kid) is a little happier.
Yeah. Poor little bastard died in agony and terror, worried that Kira would murder his parents too if he failed.
Sure, he was ugly and a bit annoying, but he was still just a little boy who'd just wanted to eat his lunch with his friends.
I have a few questions, they might be stupid but it IS 6:22 AM for me in the morning.
So, In Universe C, Josuke is Josuke, Giorno is Giorno, etc? It's just those who have died are replaced by someone who is EXTREMELY similar to themselves?
Also, in relation to Part 6, what is up with Emporio's second trip to the prison, how come everyone is naked and Jotaro and Jolyne are drawn and look different, are those two not them?
It has a great main cast, King Crimson and Epitaph are pretty cool, I like the idea of a schizophrenic mob boss even if the execution isn't the tightest, Buccellati is one of my favorite characters in the whole franchise along with a stand he uses really well, and I also really like Sex Pistols, and there's little moments like when Narancia thinks Mista and Giorno are getting gay, though it needed more of that. The fights are all pretty neato too.
>So, In Universe C, Josuke is Josuke, Giorno is Giorno, etc? It's just those who have died are replaced by someone who is EXTREMELY similar to themselves?
>what is up with Emporio's second trip to the prison
>how come everyone is naked
I have no fucking idea
>Jotaro and Jolyne are drawn and look different, are those two not them?
Yup, they're drawn different to show that they're similar, but not the same. Those two aren't the Jotaro and Jolyne you used to know.
That's pretty satisfying for me then.
So there are technically 3 universes shown in Part 6 then? The original universe, the one shown where Emporio kills Pucci, and then the last "Irene" universe?
What I don't get is why those who died during MiH would even be different in "universe B", since "fate" and history repeating itself seems like it would just create the exact same person. And then there's all the confusion whether stuff before Part 6 happened would be the same, since we don't ever get any information about that.
Tbh, I think this guy, and most people discussing this, are putting more thought into it than Araki probably did. I don't think you're supposed to think about it more than
>Part 6 crew sorta gets happy ending, but it's still sad since their former versions sacrificed themselves
and then that's it. I doubt Araki considered/cared about the ramifications outside those facts.
I interpreted the creepy-looking Jotaro and Jolyne as a visual sign that the new universe Pucci had made was sort of fucked. They don't look like the characters we and Emporio know, they don't look like people who'd be able to save him.
Irene and co being identical to their original versions outside of small hairstyle/outfit changes was a sign that things were as good as they were going to get and that Emporio was in safe hands.
He came up with his gravity philosophy while stuck under the ocean but we don't know how he knew about shattering his Stand to fuse it with someone else's. Probably Enya's fortune telling or something.
I know they aren't connected in the same way that the original universe before it was reset was, but I wonder if Valentine would've been able to eventually get to the original Jojoverse or the Ireneverse?
Probably, though he said that finding a Diego that wasn't dead was difficult so finding a universe where there never was a Diego and was so fucking different to the base world would be a nightmare.
Honestly, I don't think so either, but it is cool that these theories, to a point, make so much sense that you can basically accept them as canon.
It does make sense if you think about it, so in Universe A, where Emporio physically watches end, Jolyne and her gang all meet up in prison and go on the adventure which is part 6. In Universe B the SAME thing happens, except the characters are assumed to be different people (Jotaro and Jolyne). Although the rest of the gang isn't there, it can be assumed by the fact that the ghost room is still there, that the gang does exist somewhere at the prison, because with Emporio physically being alive and his soul surviving the universal reset, there is no iteration created of him. SO, In Universe C the story is COMPLETELY different for everybody; Irene, Hermes, etc. are all not in prison so it's safe to assume that the Pucci's "fate" in both A and B was the one thing that magically allowed them all to meet in prison together, but without him, they are fine.
I think Araki implied somewhere that the OG/Ireneverse and the SBRverse(s) aren't connected through space or time, meaning they are entirely seperate things and you can't reach the OGverse from the SBRverse and vice versa through any sort of means including D4C
Eh, I dunno. In Universe B, Jolyne says that she's only in for two years for a hit-and-run, and tells Jotaro to fuck off.
Isn't it more likely that she was involved in a car-accident because of universal repetitiveness (same reason that the gang all met up again in Ireneverse) but because Pucci wasn't involved (he didn't have to be, considering he'd got what he wanted from her and Jotaro already) her sentence wasn't anywhere near as bad?
You can easily look up the sales on wikipedia, iirc it has around 100 million sales, so obviously it's hugely popular in Japan. Not Naruto/DBZ/One Piece big, but still really big.
Well here's the REALLY crazy thing, it all goes back to the lawyer getting paid off by Johngalli A, which who was working under Pucci's orders. Johngalli A ended up dying, which changed fate, it's possible that someone similar to him could have paid off a lawyer, but it's assumed that maybe not so. That explains her loose jail sentence, however, I believe the fact that since there was no other iteration of Emporio to tell Jolyne to not go in the room, as well as her being set on saving her life, she just told him to fuck off.
Yeah but someone made a good point about Berserk having pretty damn good lifetime sales but the fact that it's 2 decades old really makes that number seem kind of lame. Same goes with JoJo's sales, and it started ever far before Berserk.
But I really have no idea how sales in Japan work, or how much something has to sell to do well for that matter there, I just want to know JoJo still has a pretty decent fanbase, gives me satisfaction.
Oh yeah that's true I guess, I really don't know how Pucci would fit into Universe B either then, if there's someone similar to him, but that might have something to do with her getting a looser jail sentence.
I think that Emporio not being there had an effect on what outcome came with Jotaro and Jolyne's discussion though.
Good Morning /jojo/, I hope you all had great sleep or not sleep, hows it hanging, also isnt this the same thread from yesterday
JoJo's hugely well-known and popular in Japan, there's a reason it's possibly the single most parodied series in other franchises.
It's sort of like Superman I guess, everyone knows who the main character is and the basics of his abilities, even if they don't read the series.
>tfw still no stand named after a gorillaz song.
>everyone knows who the main character is and the basics of his abilities
out of like 8 of em
|Feel Good INC|
also post more deadly cats
I love this stand to no end
I was thinking of a stand named Kids with guns.
>Manipulate and army of giant ants, can transform in to ant-human kinda like scary monsters
Is there even a stand as cool and perfect as Killer Queen?
no, best cat has no competition
>Each person hit by this stand will experience complete and utter bliss and will completely ignore everything except the things/people they enjoy/love. They cannot escape from this state unless the stand has too many people in this state or if they are hit by the stand again.
