OST was great, but show was too depressing to watch

Michiko was technically not her ma. she was just Hiroshi's lover. I wouldn't call Hiroshi a loser. left quite a legacy. He was kind f a deadbeat though. The part of Hatchin having a kid very sudden though.

I loved it, I really needed something more after samurai champloo but it goes up and down a lot, the two protagonists are very different and the show feels very different when it switches focus completely from one to the other.
