His one drawback is that he can't use his treasured sword unless his opponent is sufficiently skilled and powerful enough (for example, he couldn't use his sword against the three stooges, Elza).

He has the following INCOMPLETE list of blessings:

Sword Saint: Swordsmanship maxes out, and become able to draw Raid, the Dragon Sword.

This just comes down to semantics, if literally anything that is caused by another person that might harm him is considered an attack then nothing to be gained from this power level thread.

But as I saw from the sonic oc-tier list of blessings, he's not 100% immune to wind. In the anime, as far as I undestood, saitama didn't even hit Boros (the fight in pic related), but rather punched in his direction.
