What is the worst stands in the series so far?
Teruanon! Where are you!? Come shitpost with me!
I always knew you were a shit Rohan.
Pic related gets my vote for worst stand.
I know I might get shit on but I think I will be skipping a lot of the DiU episodes. I don't mind sol where nothing happens but all the death matches over fucking nothing and IT'S JUST A PRANK BRO is not my thing.
And no I read the manga.
I wonder if there's even a chance for everything to go back to before gay priest fucked up everything.
Yes! And Bossu too!
Cat Bossu is a cute!
/r/ing someone to make a "i have two personalities" for Yukako
Why are you guys freaking out about lips now? Almost everyone in jojo has dick sucking lips
I want to hug Bossu!
6th run through, pending a Josuke run next up. Currently farming badges in the debug room to boost everyone's stats, because this fucking author just refuses to die.
Horus vs White Album.
Aqua Necklace vs Geb.
Bruford vs Love Deluxe.
Little Feet vs Goo Goo Dolls.
Emperor vs Sex Pistols.
Sethan vs Grateful Dead.
Soft Machine vs Vitamin C.
Nut King Call vs Sticky Fingers.
Cheap Trick vs Notorious BIG.
>anon what the hell your semen tastes awful
I think you're better off just using Cheat Engine than taking on Araki like that yourself, but good on you for trying with a less scummy way than that.
Why is Doppio such a best boy?
Post stands in real life.
I'd say Jolyne. Her dad loves dolphins more than her, abandoned her for said dolphins, and just as they begin to make progress mending the relationship some gay ass nigga who a priest or some shit ends the universe. Pretty shitty set up if you ask me.
See >>141790601. It's been a long day
And go fuck yourself, I'm even talking about Norisuke. I've read the damned manga.
I don't have any dank Jobins. Have a Hato instead.
I'll take your Hato, and raise you a Daiya
>get a feeling so complicated next week
>constipation cured after that
No, he threw a knife at the door frame NEAR Josuke. Tonio a pure practitioner of the culinary arts and his kitchen is his temple.
SHITPOSTER ASK FOR MORE
AT POISONED JOJO ETERNAL GENERAL
21ST CENTURY SHITPOSTER MAN
I'll take that Daiya and raise you some atheism.
Oh for fucking sure. That senpai got some dope ass genetics.
A lot of replay value (somewhere around 19 separate endings and content that differs upon how many times you've played the game, what day you're on, etc.), even original content like you taking the bullet for Avdol and hunting down the submarine yourself. It's really good, though some content is kinda half-baked
like bits of the Josuke route, including his skill set being literally a mix between Cardigans and Red Garland with a couple of his own techniques in there, so you don't even get to DORARARARARA until very late gameand only certain endings allow you to access NG+.
I highly recommend it for JoJo fans and JRPG enthusiasts alike.
I'll take that atheism and raise you some autism
Y'know, I'm really going to miss the Higashikatas once JJL is done, they're a fun bunch. Also while shit got real recently, I hope we can still have some fun moments after this gets resolved.
Not mentioned, though it's assumed she exchanged the disease from Jobin and thus died when he was 11. Which makes no sense considering he's more than 11 years older than Daiya who's the youngest.
So Made In Heaven lets Pucci change fate while it's active right?
Does him putting WR's disc in Emporio while MiH was inactive count as fate undoing Pucci's changes?
I mean if Pucci was fated to die, and the crew were meant to live, the moment he stopped MiH fate would put things in motion to undo his work, yeah?
You think after Jousuke and Hato save Norisuke he'll spill the beans on what he knows? He was incredibly dubious early on.
The last panel of him was pleading for his life and still keeping up the act so even though he got stabbed a bunch of times he's still doing fine. He'll survive like 90% of the next chapter for sure.
I'm pretty sure early on during the Yotsuyu fight it was implied that Norisuke and Kira were working together so Norisuke took Josuke in in the hopes that he'd remember something, so my guess is that Kira promised Norisuke a cure for Tsurugi's disease without anyone having to die, but Kira didn't give him all the details like it being a fruit or who the fuck Josefumi was considering Norisuke was dead set against the idea that the fruit cured the dog when Tsurugi told him and that in the latest chapter he doesn't know who Josefumi is.
>Self entitled little shit
Woah son don't go projecting on a nigga. He is a pretty nice and cool guy he just doesn't josuke because he is the main reason for his suffering. Ever since Josuke showed up Joshuus life has been hell.
I'm a bit confused by how part 4 has been treating stands and the technicalities so far. In Part 3 it was show that whatever happens to your stand it will happen to you too, hell that's how DIO died. In part 4, with Bad Company, even though Josuke destroyed some of the army men, nothing happened to the user. Similarly with Show Off, even though the stand lost his had, nothing bad happened to Hazamada. Also when rereading the manga, I noticed that when Angelo's stand was captured, why doesn't he just call it back and make it appear somewhere else, OR just have it phase through the glass/rubber like Jotaro does with Star Platinum?
When will this meme die
He thought Yasuho was coming on to him, he stopped making advances once he realized something was wrong
You'd have to kill a ton of bad company before Keicho even noticed
Bound stands, Strength and Wheel of Fortune where bound to objects and hurting them didn't hurt the user, same concept. I also doubt hurting the sword of Anubis would've hurt the original user had he been alive.
With Bad Company, it is a new type of stand, a swarm stand. With these, you need to destroy a significant amount of the swarm to do reasonable damage to the user, or else it would be very under powered.
As for Surface/Showoff, it is a bound stand, meaning the stand is bound to a specific item. Hazamada a could remake Surface if he got a new doll.
Bad Company does reflect damage except it's split between them, so to make visible damage on Keicho you need to kill a LOT of army men. Josuke only killed a few which would probably cause Keicho some discomfort but no lasting damage.
Surface was a Bound Stand, like the ape ship from Part 3. Bound Stands aren't the actual object they just possess them hence why normal people can see them. Destroying the object doesn't destroy the Stand since it's not actually the object, so no damage is done to the Stand and thus no damage is reflected to the user.
Aqua Necklace is also a Bound Stand it's just bound to liquid and thus operates as a physical object and can't phase through shit. Stands also can't just dissipate in thin air, to bring them back you need to actually have them move back to you so they can dissipate. That's why long range Stands are super dangerous at first but once you figure them out the user is at your mercy unless they can direct their Stand back to them.
We actually never see him just call back Aqua Necklace, same with Geb, why didn't N'Doul just call it back and summon it up close instead of trying to race all the way back?
I remember someone saying you have to be close to the stand to call it back, while never directly stated I can't think of it ever not being the case, aside from being knocked unconscious and automatically retreating that way
>Johnny Joestar didn't get a wheelchair and name it Speedwagon.
Damage transfer doesn't (or at least shouldn't, considering the Empress infection and the Ebony Devil doll) work with Stands bound to objects like Strength, Wheel of Fortune, or Surface. It's spread across Swarm Stands like Bad Company and Harvest, in contrast, which is why Keicho was unfazed by Josuke killing three of his Bad Company soldiers and why Shigechi was able to survive the first blast from Killer Queen, which only hit one or a couple of his Harvest bee things.
Aqua Necklace is bound to water, sure, but was probably a similar case to the Ebony Devil doll in that dealing damage to what the Stand was bound to transferred the damage to the user.
>He didn't pass it down the family so Gappy could use it thus continuing the tradition of Speedwagon backing up every JoJo
Joeseph is the thinking man's jojo.
Johnny Joestar is really cute. His paraplegia just makes me want to fuck him more.
That's the thing. Empress was automatic and bound to the infection on Joseph's arm, but from what we've seen regarding automatic AND bound Stands, killing it should not have killed Nena.
Sheer Heart Attack, an automatic Stand, being hit by Three Freeze also affecting Kira makes sense, though, since it wasn't his main ability and was just a part of Killer Queen.
they might be
they might not be
the world may never know
Don't mind me, just being the best character in part 6
How the hell was that luck, joseph used logic to solve his problems
Vitamin C isn't flat out broken by appearance. What it touches becomes liquid and soft. That doesn't really sound like a threatening power until you think about it and how to use it.
Aside from Kars getting BTFO by a volcano, what were some of the most luck based wins the protagonists had in any part?
I think Death 13 was one of the big ones, if it wasn't for Kakyoin getting knocked out as his stand was active, they all would have died right there.
>dude that's white as hell gets lynched for being half black
>gay priest doesn't get lynched for being black
A hat, but his hair looks like the hat anyways
Foo Fighters' hair is horrible. It looks more like a hat or cap than actual hair, like a broken eggshell.
Character design in Part 6 was pretty bad in general.
The Higashikata family stands are pretty hit or miss with designs. Joshuu's looks good but Araki is holding him back for something.
Chapter 18. Right at the start of the Shakedown arc.
Ya tellin' me that baboon noises ain't primitive?
finally caught up with Jojolion
holy shit Vitamin C is on another goddamn level of messed up
i thought stuff like lovers and aqua neckless and other go inside a person and destroy them would be scariest but vitamin c is hard to read sometimes, especially after this chapter
Jesus christ that Jotaro looks so rigid.
The Diavolo was a seagull and there was also a Doppio
I wonder how violent Jojolion will get over time. Seeming Damo slice off a liver didn't make me cringe or anything but it's definitely disturbing how easily he can do it because of his ability. The only recent part of Jojo that surprised me by its violence was SBR and Roman goes to the Louvre with one guy's brain spilling out and another being run over.
There's only one man that could cosplay Polpo:
>went off a guess
>9 times during the series during clutch life or death fights.
Either Joeseph is the smartest and most clever Joestar or he is lucky to the point he has a God-tier stand that just makes shit work.
Either way best Jojo.
>you will never remake humanity in glorious Araki aesthetic
They all have totally unreasonable 'deductive reasoning'
aka they guess shit and it somehow works, but joseph definitely had moments where he figured shit out and came up with crazy ways to beat the enemy
>tfw 6'4 but lack motivation to get /fit/ and cosplay Jotaro or Joseph
So did the author of Jojo envision it would be going on this long?
I am just finishing Stardust Crusaders but based on the anime of DiU it seems the entire tone of the story has changed. Also the female Jojo
s and gappy and all the others seem like he is just tossing out more and more random character models.
Is the story actually going somewhere or is he ass pulling for profit?
parts are mostly self contained, and at most just make call backs or continuity to previous parts. Part 7 and 8 take place in an alternate universe to reinforce how there isn't really a grand scheme to jojo
Asian schools are rough man. You can't bluff through shit.
One of my friends went to elementary school in China and they resorted to physical punishment if they missed even one homework assignment.
>Jotaro and DIO are in 3 of them
See that is what I am afraid of.
Jon, Joe, and Jotaro's arcs all were intertwined. We even had the main Joestar of the 2nd act play a huge role in the 3rd reuniting them to face a foe introduced in the first act that killed the original Jojo.
It was all very exciting and built into a tremendous trilogy.
I see older Jotaro is in the 4th act and taking an active role but how does it thread from there? First 3 were an epic blood line driven saga with a definitive beginning and end with characters you cared about.
Does this go on or is each new Jojo just a fresh start with a loose 'aura of destiny' floating around.
Friend of mine did a pretty decent Masazo Kinoto. Made a prop Cheap Trick and everything (not visible here)
Just read, dude.
Don't take the first few parts as "the foundation/meaning of JoJo" or anything like that. You will find it much harder to appreciate any of the later parts, because they seem so different.
Just read each part for what it is.
Each Part has its own beginning, middle, and end. What don't you get?
Part 5 is relatively unrelated to everything, else while Part 6 continues DIO's legacy. Part 7 and 8 are in a reboot universe. Part 5 Jojo is all about waxing about fate, and Part 6 is a spunky teenage girl, but its still about the Joestars and their big tangle with the gay vampire and his beliefs.
Characters start getting considerably more fleshed out Part 7 onward, but that's when the "Joestar lineage" starts losing its importance IMO.
they pretty much do except for giorno. and josuke is loosely connected as well. and the series switches universes anyways. the bloodline shit is one of the least important parts of jojo.
>bloodline shit is one of the least important parts of jojo.
>bloodline of jojo is shit
>JOJO's Bizarre Adventure
Look if you want some generic "oh look at us we got super physic powers" shonen that is all peachy. If the title of the manga and original thrust was this was an ongoing continuation of the Joestar bloodline then you cannot just fucking chuck it and say it was irrelevant.
If it is then why even call it fucking Jojo's Bizarre adventure?
part 8 and 7 are the best written parts and the fact that the character is a jojo doesn't matter. is the name jojo the only thing you think makes jojo different from other shonen? well it's technically seinen now anyway. but still.
Got to admit, fucking digging that Will A. Zeppeli.
I like to think that in the end, wtih the reset, the only thing that changed was Pucci stopping existing, so Part 1 to 5 happened, only 6 didn't and every character in it got better lives (except F.F., she was too good for this world).
It helps me sleep at night.
>first half of next week is Yukako fight
>second half is rushed Tonio with only the first and last course
>first half is the rest of the fight
>last half is the rest of all of Part 4 in a montage
You are an awful person for even suggesting this.
>they used the EDM version of the OP
I hope this isn't a trend.
It won't be that nearly bad. We're almost halfway through the Yukako arc, after all.
tfw sas for joshuu will not have this head
Baby with hat and socks
SBR Angelo (Rock people etc.)
Some rock dude yet to be introduced
Gappy's half of Kira that survived
What if the EDM OP exists to signify an episode that runs too long for an ED?
Glad I'm not the only one who thinks of this.
Why has the plot device for the past two Arcs been
>Extraordinary item that does something nobody understands
>somebody gains extraordinary powers that does stuff that makes 0 sense
this part got bad so fast
>not just one four but two
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!!!!????
Must be the work of an enemy stand.
Not sure if I want to believe you satan.
She appeared to die several times and each one of those hurt. She's the only character who has managed to do that to me.
But people seem happy in Ireneverse, so I guess its worth it, and when she died, F.F. seemed pretty satisfied with herself and everything else, I guess in the end she was truly her own being
>Time acceleration more difficult to understand than GER or Crimson
>Green baby hard to understand
>meteorite virus that enhances super natural ability because meteorites
>bone that births a child through sacrifices that can only fuse with someone because reasons
>stand that 'makes anything zero'
As far as I'm concerned, if Giorno wanted to he could just say "Oh well im going to use GER to turn the earth back to zero" and everything dies.
This. I like the EDM well enough but that was just jarring
ALRIGHT, WE JUST NEED TO CALM DOWN AND ASSESS THE SITUATION.
Araki loves drawing female legs I swear.
DIO's bone gives his stand something to manifest in, creating the green baby. Vampiric cells in the bone are host for green baby (?)
Imagine a starfish, if you rip off one of it's limbs it will reform to be a separate organism. In this way Dio is able to remove part of his body (bone) which remains alive due to his vampiric nature. The bone then essentially becomes the host for a new stand perse, one separate from DIO.
That's my headcanon/interpretation.
The fusion dance is "why not, i guess" to me, i have no real explanation besides that it can just do that.
The best way that i can explain the sacrifices is that in the same way DIO sucked blood to heal his headwound the bone needed to absorb blood to "heal" into the green baby.
