Got my copy of the PASH! Osomatsu-san Official Fanbook in the mail the other day and scanned all 112 pages plus the front and back. I apologize in advance for the blurriness on some of them.
Yeah sorry for those who were currently downloading it. I'm re-uploading it. I made a mistake in the first few files
There's a strand of hair in the cover and the next page. I felt really embarrassed about it
I hate to be a bother but is there any chance you could get a good scan/pic of the poster? I love the art of the cover and have it as my phone bg but I'd love it without the text?
Here's the new link
files are all hair free!I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and for the long wait again.
Anything Kara is fine with me
Not that drawfag but another one, now that I know you like Kara I can give you one of these as thanks.
Anon, you are a generous human being. I love you.
Anyone have any plans for next Tuesday? I'm planning on marathoning the series and eatting some cake.
I decided to collect the descriptions for all the original cards so far in Osomatsu Party to go with the card art a couple threads ago. If you want to see them, here.
THANKS YOU ANON
if you will be at this time I'm in
I'm not that drawfag but many thanks anon
you're a hero
It's okay, it realised a bit too late. Sorry about that. The scans are amazing though, thanks so much!
Is it possible to scan each quarter of it or something? If yes I'm happy to stitch them together, but if it's too hard that's okay. Thank you for all of your work!
Thank you so much for the scans
I'll do the other one tomorrow, too exhausted so I'll make too many mistakes.
Would you watch a psychological doramatsu?
I will never understand why they wear suits if they are not working or going for an interview.
Choro looks like he is just about done with everything.
is this the animation studio?
I thought it to be bigger but maybe most jap company are that way?
sex slaves matsu
Most animation studios aren't that large, but this isn't the only room, this is just where their computers are. Osomatsu is mostly done on a PC (aren't most anime these days? i'm not sure) but there's another room where the character designs, storyboards, drafting etc are done on paper.
Hey Matsu not-general, I have an important question.
So somebody proposed a complete marathon of Osomatsu-san for the sextuplets birthday and I like the idea of that and have been re-familiarizing myself with cytube as a result.
Basically, I can do it, but the only way I can set it up has videos ranging from 480p to 720p.
If there's someone else out there who has access to services/methods/videos that would allow for 1080p episodes AND is willing to host the session (May 24), please let me know in the next day or two/drop a message here so that I know not to spend any time setting up/sourcing vids.
1080p isn't really needed for most anime unless its Blu-ray. 720 should be more then enough.
I was thinking of cytube for a stream as well. If I had any space left in my google drive I'd totally be up for hosting, but no such luck. I think 720p is just fine for a stream.
Your thoughts are appreciated, but I will wait another day or two.
I just remembered cytube has the ability to add custom emotes, I should totally add the LINE stickers as emotes.
I didn't think about the alternatives, I just thought it would start on the day itself, later in the afternoon so that hopefully it doesn't conflict too badly with people who work or study.
So let's talk about that a bit.
Basically, in the US, it's a Tuesday afternoon. I was gonna suggest a full marathon starting about 5PM EST, but I'm completely open to suggestion.
But it's a nine and a half hour marathon. That's kind of insane, even for NEETs. It's saner to break it down into cour 1 on the 24th and cour 2 on the 25th.
So that way it would run roughly from 5 to 10PM EST, on the 24th (Tues) and the 25th (Wed).
I'm open to suggestions though.
They don't really fit in and are best used sparingly. Chibita's Flower is also a sad ep, but it didn't have the same emotional impact as ESP Kitty and Jyushimatsu Falls in Love.
The former was also actually just an extended "fuck you Karamatsu" joke, too.
The problem was the development of Chibita and flower girl. Imagine a girl telling you stop doing the thing you love. Only once you fall for her she fucking dies. It didn't help we already had similar thing with AV-chan. The throw away girlfriends gets stale fast.
Did we ever get the translation for the Kara and Ichi one?
Why do I feel like the birthday event and drama CD will be very disappointing. I know season 2 won't be soon announced but it still bothers me that will like a carrot on a stick.
Because it's true.
Drama CD already has Kara and Ichi, it will sell no matter what so they don't even need to try to make it good. S2 will never be announced and we will become the next S&Wfags or Haruhifags.
> S2 will never be announced and we will become the next S&Wfags or Haruhifags.
Don't do this anon. My heart can't handle another one.
After Panty and Stocking and other anime I won't dare to mention here, I don't think I could handle another series going AWOL when it clearly has the potential/set up for more while absolute garbage out there gets like five seasons.
I hope the karaichi CD is good. It probably wont be but i hope they surprise us.
Well, Panty & Stocking didn't sell that well so it would be futile to make another season.
Also, what other show are you talking about? I guess for the meantime just read the manga?
> Panty & Stocking didn't sell that well
I actually didn't know this, since it was at least loved enough to warrant quite a number of merch and as it was airing, I remember it was talked about a lot.
> Also, what other show are you talking about?
The Big O. That one was weird because it flopped hard in Japan, but Westerners LOVED it.
And while we're here
Aku no Hanatoo. But I at least understand why that one didn't make it to see a second season. Even if I'm upset about it and would do almost anything to see it continue.
What about Durarara? That one has had to be popular, but it took years before it got it's second season. Of course it was dependant on the Light Novels, though I hope they don't go that route and let too much time pass with Osomatsu.
It still had Light Novels. Osomatsu has a shitton of merch out, but I think waiting that long would be dentrimental to the franchise. People's attention span doesn't last that long in this day and age.
We're translated up to chapter 11.
We're waiting on 12, 13 and another bonus crossover with Gal Japon.
Frankly there aren't quite enough translators to deal with the volume of incoming content (novels, magazine interviews, events in the matsu games, the drama cds etc etc). So we just have to be patient.
Juicy is such an actual toddler. Thank god for the art style.
>Flower fairy's tiny pathetic coughing obviously meaning she was gonna die
It was awful. When I rewatched it with a friend it was a chore to sit through. Karamatsu eased the pain, ironically.
I don't know how anyone could sit through Letter. It's not like Gintama, where serious developments actually have a lasting effect on the story. You knew it would all be for naught and that something would bring it all back to status quo, and that anything teasing serious development was just fucking with you. Hell, I was expecting AV to be mentioned in a later episode and she would be turned into a comedic suicide case who'd try to kill herself over the slightest mistake just to rub salt in the wound.
Before I leave I thought I'd mention that I've already set up the Matsu marathon because I got impatient and bored. There's a dedicated cytube for it and I added all of the LINE stickers as usable custom emotes.
So it'll run roughly 5PM - 10PM EST. First cour on the 23rd (Monday), second cour on the 24th (Tuesday).
(Ep 12/the recap episode is being skipped over, I hope that's OK.)
Anon that sounds so good, i hope everything goes well.
Not to bring up this discussion but I disagree. I thought it would be resolved in the next ep in a silly way, key word being "resolved." I think Flower Fairy and ESP Kitty were painful and forced, but I liked Jyushimatsu Falls in Love and any of the series' slightly more serious moments.
My friend teases me and calls me a dramafag, but I think I'm somewhere in between. I enjoyed episode 24b, though it was a little too fast-paced.
The show is what it is though and as long as ep 25 isn't the end for real and they do address the more serious sides of the characters again, then it's okay.
>You knew it would all be for naught and that something would bring it all back to status quo, and that anything teasing serious development was just fucking with you
I believed it, man.
It was possibly the most cliche episode, and it was intentionally overly-sentimental. The creators made it that way on purpose for the punchline at the end.
I prefer Ichi when he seems like a threat, not a moeblob.
Can't wait, thanks for setting it up! The LINE stickers was a good idea.
>I prefer Ichi when he seems like a threat, not a moeblob.
A lot of my friends squeal over Ichi so I think that doesn't help.
I feel like the scene with the cat flat-out saying Ichi's feelings while he acts all tsun was a little too blatant. Why didn't he just leave the room?
I always liked him before ep 5 but yeah i became a full blown ichimatsu boy after esp cat. Jyushi and oso were great in it too.
I liked it because it explained Ichis character in an interesting way, and was overall one of the better episodes, but it didn't exactly make me emotional in the same way ep 9 did.
>Jyushi and Oso were great in it too
This too. Oso was great especially. And it was nice seeing Jyushis and Ichis relationship.
>but it didn't exactly make me emotional in the same way ep 9 did.
I don't think it was supposed to be more emotional than ep 9. I mean that ep had some really serious themes in it and the whole episode was very dramatic (jyushi's breakdown, the train scene, rain and other shit like that). Also it was about two people. Esp Nyanko way calmer than that and slow paced. I love both these episodes but i wouldn't go my way to compare them too much with eachother.
>Why didn't he just leave the room?
Because he wanted to know too.
He knows he's bonkers and Nyanko sounded like a chance to understand himself better, but instead of validation of his edge he got something he wasn't comfortable with.
No, you're absolutely right, they're not the same kind of emotional.
It's just that I've heard a lot of people say ep 5 made them emotional or sad, but it just didn't do it for me. I liked it a lot, but I didn't think it was sad.
Oh, I definitely agree with you and >>141729369 on the tsundere part and that he wasn't a moeblob back then. Except for the part where he was digging through garbage that was pretty moe. But generally speaking I prefer doll of darkness over moeblob those two parts of his personality are in good balance. But then there is Kittymatsu.
It made me little emotional and stressed but i didn't feel sad. Everything turned out well for ichi in the end and it was a something ichi really needed. I view that episode more on being "sweet" than sad.
I agree. It's a shame, because I like Chibita a lot, so the fact that the episode that focused on him felt so forced just sucked.
At least Kara was hilarious and didn't just rely on his painfulness to be funny.
Probably in the minority, most people liked that Kara seemed to show some concern for Chibita up until the latter grew his own girlfriend, prompting him to be shitty and try to get his own. Plus his patience with weed fairy was almost saintly.
This, the "lol Kara bullying again" don't work for me. Same with lolSoRandom-Jyushi and MoeblobIchi.
This is exactly why I liked Kara in this episode. It was nice seeing something different done with his character instead of just "painful".
Not that I don't like his painfulness, it's part of his charm, but sometimes it got a little overused.
>there are people who don't like every aspect of Ichi's personality
You guys just don't deserve him.
As a huge ichifag it's true that i never really had a problem with him being cute as long as he's funny. I understand other's complaints though since first cour had great doll of darkness moments from him. I think people are just afraid that moeblob is all what ichi is going to become and be in the future, and i fear that a little too.
cute as fuck
They have their moments, but yeah, 80's -Kun had them act more like friends and only had their attraction for her apparent for some episodes. 60's -Kun had them all crush on her 24/7.
eh problem is I can't read any of them and mostly it's shitty stuff with random good stuff.
>You guys remember that anon who would always post edgy jyushi pictures here?
nope, I only recently saw some karaichi comics and edgy pics
I don't remember that happening at all in ep 5 and he wasn't doing those "tchs" for anyone.
>While saying he didn't care
He was commenting more on the situation. At this point i don't really think you understand what a true text book tsundere is.
There used to be this anon who would post these edgy jyushimatsu pics during the first half of cour one in literally every matsu thread. Usually it was jyushi cutting/killing himself kind of stuff. It was pretty edgy.
That wasn't even what "threadly edge" was.
well fuck again
Relax, I know it was early in the second cour but it's not like we didn't get "the doll of darkness" in episode 14 when he went s&m on
everyone when they were sick and then hannibal Ichi.
I think the main issue in the second cour concerning Ichi was more the lack of situations presented where it'd make sense for him to do
something dark since I can't think of many things in the second cour that would provoke him.
Ichi's actions & words don't match what he thinks & wants all of the time. In that particular episode he was curious too even though he didn't seem like it. The biggest example of this was episode 16. I mean why not just admit to Oso that he was curious about Kara's clothes rather going through such great lengths to hide that fact?
Or why threaten Kara to keep his mouth shut even though he was grateful to Kara? Ichi is just really tsun.
>there are really people who think ichi was being tsundere in episode 5
Ichi is tsundere but episode 5 is literally one of the only episodes where he definitely is not. That one anon is really trying to push this.
Also don't reply to attention whores.
I know that some people don't find all the episodes funny, but sometimes they offer a different side or dimension to a character. In this episode I felt like while Chibita's flower was cliche and boring it was interesting to see Kara be the only to give a shit about Chibita. Also, it was interesting to see him be in an abusive relationship and see that his brothers, even for as much as they ignore him, show some genuine concern for him.
Chill anon i was just pointing out that
Is not the full resolution of the picture, you have to enlarge it to get the full res. There is a button for that on the side.
IYAMI IS CLAIMING THIS THREAD, ALL POSTS BELOW THIS LINE MUST BE RELATED TO IYAMI
Yes? It's not like i implied in my original post that everyone thought the same way as me. The kara part felt pretty shit though, i feel like only the people who like karamatsu got something out of it but the whole episode honestly was pretty weak.
sorry if I lost my cool there anon, thank you
What the fuck are you talking about?
>people explain why it doesn't
I don't need to be explained if a episode is good or not, i already told you i found it boring and unfunny. I just didn't like the flower girl episode and i thought it was weak.
It's cool anon.
>only the people who like karamatsu
Well, if you don't like Kara then it can't be helped.
Well yeah, it wasn't really funny for me so i thought people who like kara probably got more out of that scene than i ever did (even if they found it funny or not). I don't hate kara or anything.
The reason we are having this discussion is because I said even if you don't find the skit funny there is still info about the character you can take away from it from which you said that even though it might have been interesting you are not looking for that in a comedy show.
Yet, comedy is subjective. You are not going to find everything funny. I do not find everything funny either or as entertaining. I can easily say that To The North isn't what I'm looking for in a comedy series, but do I think it's weak because of it?
No. I may not found that skit as entertaining as the first 2 stories of the episode, because I am not as invested in the Dayoon and Dekapan. Someone else may have enjoyed it and found it enjoyable and consider it to be a strong story. I mean at the end of day that's just it. Storywise though To The North was a solid sketch even if it's one my least favorite ones.
You wouldn't believe the shit they pull with Juice.
For sure. I didn't mean to imply you hated him it just makes more sense now. To each his own.
Again, what the fuck are you talking about? Did you just really spend time writing an essay on my shit opinion of one episode?
>Yet, comedy is subjective. You are not going to find everything funny.
>I can easily say that To The North isn't what I'm looking for in a comedy series, but do I think it's weak because of it?
I love that i have never implied any of these not even once. Of course i fucking know that comedy is subjective. I did not like the karamatsu part of that episode because i knew that the studio tried to be funny and it just didn't work for me. So i was not entertained by it.
I never said that comedy isn't subjective. I did say that i'm looking for comedy in a comedy series. (Especially if it's a scene that tries to be funny). To the north tried to be funny in a different way.
Whatever. I'm tired and i don't feel like continuing this anymore. All i wanted to say is that i just didn't like the flower girl episode that's all ;_;
She didn't tell him to stop doing the thing he loved. Just to stop being super obsessed over it all the time. I kind of liked her for that much at least, since his oden obsession was kind of getting annoying.
Everyone did. That's what made it annoying.
The whole skit was just the narrative spelling out in black and white "Look! These two are so perfect for each other but it's so saaaad that they can't be together!" I hate stories like that. Besides, her sense of humor was the only thing that made me think of Juice. Other than that she just laughed, cried, and said Jyushimatsu the whole damn skit.
have the most recent manga chapters been typeset yet?
Jyushi First Love episode didn't feel right leaving on a sad note. I was expecting some sort of gag near the end to lighten up the mood. Maybe this is why I prefer Ichi's sad episode better since it didn't over do it. The Letter episode didn't bother me as much because I knew it would follow up with a gag in the next. Of course watching the final I was disappointing they dropped everything instead of solving the issue then going back to jokes. It felt like sort of middle finger to everyone.
I think the best thing about >>141736028 is that it's not even a joke. He decides that he wants to dress "cool" to impress her (and would you look at that, he thought he was going to be meeting her alone and privately, his sense of what's "cool" is no better than Karamatsu's).
Also it's a direct cosplay/reference to a j-pop star whose name I don't remember currently.
Yes, but he also wants to get laid by his childhood crush first.
> sheeh posing
Beautiful. I don't have any of that but I have Toto with various Matsus
even if the only one I personally really care for is Osomatsu.
That's no good anon. I need all of them. At once.
all of them at once with that smug ass cat.
One more, why not.
I wish I had more in the lewd category of this pair but there's so little of it.
Like so? (Ridiculously NSFW/blueboard unfriendly, don't open anywhere stupid):
Do you guys happen to know the nip pairing tag for Osomatsu/Totoko on Pixiv?
There's a big directory of pairings but it only lists the tag names for the BLmatsu pairs.
It's weird to think of how little stuff Chibita has compared to the 80's -kun where he was basically the main character alongside Iyami.
The forget-me-nots in his back pocket is a nice touch.
> Is the original series worth watching?
Only a certain number of eps in english exist on YouTube by a user named Iyami Zansu. For some reason they stopped translating a while ago. If you speak spanish, there's a full esp dub for the 80's rendition because for some reason it was a really popular kid's show in South America.
The 60's version was unenjoyable to me (I watched the few available eps anyway) because it's dated as hell in every way.
The 80's version is a lighthearted funny kid-friendly cartoon that can be likened to Doraeamon.
> Is the remake worth watching at all?
Besides having the same characters, it bears almost no resemblance to the 60's/80's versions where they were kids.
I have no idea what to compare the humor to other than Gintama (same directors). I also loosely compare it to Loony Tunes and similar at times because of the lack of rules/structure and presence of things like cartoon physics and medium awareness.
Damn it, I just paid for my hoodie Kara strap too. This one is a little cuter, but oh well.
I'm so happy to see official JyushixAV-chan merch, and Iyayo and Chibimi are super cute too.
>"b-but she's getting in the way of my ship!"
Let me guess, she gets in the way.
I just paid for my straps
and some doujinstoo
Yes, like so.
Not the same guy but I kind of understand since he didn't give shit about her during the rental girlfriend episode. Nor did they do anything together on the last episode where she died and just a few minutes right after that he wants to fuck Totoko instead. Unless AV-chan gave him a free pass to fuck any girl.
Maybe he doesn't want to cry about it for ages and just knows that he needs to move the fuck on? Also the entirety of 24th was a big joke, I don't even know how you can take that seriously.
not for fujo or "she gets in the way" I just don't see the big deal with her, and Jyushi already forgot about her, move on anons
I always wondered why they didn't try to stick together even if it was long-distance. I get that she had to go back home but why was it all made out to be so final? Are long-distance relationships not really a thing over there?
Convenience of not having to have her around so Jyushimatsu will stay a single NEET. They'd never let them get girlfriends or jobs since it'd stray from the formula they want.
Maybe cause people took this show seriously just like Jyushi and AV-chan so why ignore it when it actually has something to do with them. It's not like Jyushi was even his normal self around her. I guess I would consider her an end game girl if they actually interact with each other again. Of course I guess it would have to be another non gag episode since people would deny it as well.
Well... she probably figured for one reason or another that it was better they didn't try to keep it going. Some people aren't cut out for distance and they admit it upfront and won't even try, especially if they feel guilty about monopolizing the person and preventing them from seeking someone closer.
It wouldn't have been possible anyway. Only Totty and Choro own phones.
That still shocks me, by the way, the concept of a Japanese 20-something without a smartphone or computer.
Alright, so I gave the revival a chance and even without having seen the original series, the first episode was still pretty clever and was the first time I actually laughed at an anime for a long time. I loved how self-aware it was without being self-indulgent in the fact it was self-aware.
First ep is totally different from the rest of the series, but I loved it too. It takes a few eps to hit its stride and I personally don't think a sketch reel ep (ep 3 I think it is?) so early on in the series was a great idea, but yeah, if it's your type of humor, hope you enjoy.
Smartphone I can imagine because I got mine a bit late, but even where I live there are computer cafes. I bet there are computer cafes in Japan, surely.
The first episode isn't like the rest of the series, keep that in mind. It becomes 10x funnier once you are used to the brothers as characters and the cast in general, though. It takes a while to kick in and then it's a blast with only the occasional miss.
I hope you like this series. I tell people it's kind of like an Ed, Edd n' Eddy for adults.
it will have more "impact" if AV goes to another country or something, she just took the train, Japan is not that big, she can still go and visit him when she was time.
the creator of One Punch Man didn't have a computer until he was in his twenties, computers and technology are expensive in Japan too if you are a NEET how will you buy it? or even pay the phone bill?
I guess that's true, though it sort of begs the question of how Choro/Totty manage (and Totty has a laptop of his own too? Maybe those sugar daddy theories are onto something).
I didn't know that about the creator of OPM or that home computing wasn't necessarily affordable. That's also a little shocking since so much of that is produced there.
I mean, we have no idea if they do keep contact or not. It wouldn't be hard to write letters every once in a while.
You do have a point though, they can't have our NEETs have GFs. Even Kara's wife died (I think)
Japanese fans think the fairy bomb Iyami used in the race wasn't really her, but knowing the show and loose continuity it may as well have been. The ending of the flower skit seemed to be ambiguous, and the ideas are either that she transformed into her true form or summoned her weed to kill people in her death throes.
> Japanese fans think the fairy bomb Iyami used in the race wasn't really her
I didn't even consider that as a possibility even though that actually makes the most sense.
Maybe Totty tried other jobs before Sutabaa but would quit them because he'd have no female co-workers that'd ask him to go to mixers. He seems to operate on that motivation and with girls, seeing as he had to plead to one to let him go to hers.
The first Matsu to marry, the first Matsu to become a widow, still a virgin.
This is the curse of the Matsuno siblings.
I guess you could say it's more like Space Ghost or Sealab 2021 in a way. Originally a more family-oriented show from the past, turned into a memorable reboot with the same cast, but more adult humor.
She's just there to be the cute sad girlfriend, mate. I kind of like her and I wouldn't really see a point to keeping her around unless she went along with the insanity of the show. If she kept popping up for serious stuff or just to be with Juice the shtick would get real old, real fast.
If you look at it that way, yeah, absolutely. I guess I couldn't get over the recycled sounds and animations, the really awkward pauses/timing of everything and the super blocky art.
I was going to get mad about spoonfeeding and such but I'll let you off completely this time, finding this as someone who can barely navigate Japanese text was actually pretty difficult. Enjoy.
To that guy who was let down at model Juice not doing a pose
>flower fairy showed up Chibita's ass
I may not be cat anon, but worry not, I can remove this!
Why not look at pixiv they have a tag for it and its pretty small so it shouldn't be too hard to find. If its on twitter good fucking luck.
I really do hope they do another spoof of the rental girls but with the brothers all taking it.
>He isn't like Oso, who would gamble and drink it all away
>He wastes it on more social things
True. There was the pachinko police but other than that it's social. He seems to manage his money somewhat reasonable like picking a cheap gym, going for free Go-club membership, but he throws his money around like it's nothing when it comes to women.
I wonder if Kara was just as delusional as any Karafag?
>They turn into hot versions of their crossdressing outfits
Holy shit ichi is third? That's just awful. At least totty seems to have gained some popularity. Oso does not deserve to be the last one.
I can't stand Jyushi all he does his stupid baseball joke and dumb catchphrase. Hell I will take fucking Todo as number one then him.
Oso is nobodies actual favorite he is just usually number two. Anyone who says they only like Oso are full of shit. Choro should be last and this is coming from a Chorofag.
Ichi was a grill in at least two AUs, can't remember anything for Kara and Oso, but I can't remember anyone crossdressing except for Totty in the mixer skit either.
The only person to crossdress on the show is Todo unless you're counting Jyushi and Choro in the drama CD.. Ichi has possibly been a girl as Tinkerichi and in the olden time one but that's about it.
I don't save many images of Jyushi so whatever I pick is random as for you thinking its avatarfagging you have no clue.
Probably just a nod to the episode for the fans. They can't really keep her around as recurring, unless each time there were some way that she and Jyushimatsu would keep getting prevented from being together. Or she goes off with Mr. Flag and his giant cock of money.
IT WILL LOOK LIKE SHIT ANYWAY
AND COME WITH THAT FUCKING CAT
JUST FORGET ABOUT IT
it comes with a spork
a fucking spork

01. If Todomatsu was a Cop (Cop: Todomatsu/ Suspect: Jyushimatsu)
JYUSHIMATSU: Wow, there are so many patrol cars! The red lamps look so sparkly! Hahaha, look!
TODOMATSU: Of course there are, we’re at a police station in a certain town.
JYUSHIMATSU: White! Black!
TODOMATSU: Well, they’re patrol cars.
JYUSHIMATSU: Huh? Could it be… They’re Transforming patrol cars?! That’s so cool!
TODOMATSU: The masked kind, maybe?
JYUSHIMATSU: Hey, hey, what about ambulances?! Fire trucks??!
TODOMATSU: It’s a police station.
JYUSHIMATSU: What about taxis?!
TODOMATSU: Yeah, if you can stay quiet, that’ll make me happy.
JYUSHIMATSU: I can’t stay quiet! This is making me so excited! [imitates police car alarms] Wooo, wooo! Pii poo pii poo! Wan wan wan wan wan!
02. If Jyushimatsu was a Cop (Cop: Jyushimatsu / Suspect: Todomatsu)
JYUSHIMATSU: Why did you do it– Uh… uh… Todomatsu, was it?! Do you know what you’ve done?!
TODOMATSU: I’m sorry.
JYUSHIMATSU: If all you had to do was apologize, we wouldn’t need cops!
TODOMATSU: Okay, sir! …By the way, Detective Jyushimatsu, why am I being held for questioning?
JYUSHIMATSU: Because you met my gaze!
TODOMATSU: Are you a stray dog?!
JYUSHIMATSU: Don’t, you’re making me blush.
TODOMATSU: I’m not– …That’s right, I AM complimenting you! It makes… It makes you look kind of nice! Like a really accomplished detective!
JYUSHIMATSU: Hehehe, oh, really?
TODOMATSU: This detective is an idiot, probably. No, definitely. I’ll just deal with him and scram out of here. Um… Detective Jyushimatsu?
TODOMATSU: You’re really cool!
Stop implying he's a fat fuck or this thread will be derailed into being about his ass and everything that goes in and comes out of it. Do you really want people shitposting about enemas and farts?
You take a stress dump on a table two times and suddenly you don't have self control huh? Don't impose your inhumane standards on Ichi, man.
what are you looking at with those hungry eyes Ichi?
>not doing anything he can to bully kara
Now that's funny
Considering the Korean dub for this show is underway, do you think an eventual English dub is likely?
If there was an Eng dub, would you watch it to see what it was like?
I'd rather have a Spanish dub for old times sake. It's too bad anime is not that big in Spain to rely on nostalgia for sales.
I would. However I'm so impressed with the Japanese VAs that I doubt I'd be able to look past that. On a personal note some anons noted that the humor in Osomatsu-san was very japanese and that I couldn't see it because I had gotten used to the humour through exposure, so I'd like to see if they handle the jokes differently and where they think localization is needed.
Oso - Omelette Rice
Kara - Hamburg Steak
Choro - Ham Salad
Ichi - Spaghetti Napolitan
Jyushi - Fried Prawn
Totty - Pudding
Post the original size next time.
I'm pretty sure that's an F6 Karamatsu thing, not necessarily a regular Karamatsu thing
