Tell me there will be another season, /a/. The light novels are ongoing and JC Staff hasn't confirmed there won't be another, so that means it will happen, r-right?
This can't go the way of Panty and Stocking, we need this.
LN is over and we will sadly not get a season 2 since there is no new LN to promote, also i belive the author got pissed at his fans and fucked em off with the story/ending.
Also anime sold like shit.
Flopping sucks and I can only imagine the unposted tweets he reads through before he can say something.
Ending in only the world being slightly less shit (still anti-lewd but dirty words can be said) and all of SOX under house arrest.
Seriously feels like a non-ending made by someone who saw how headache inducing his fans/readers are after the anime ended.
I heard about Miyu dying, but(and this is going to make me sound like a heartless asshole) can't they just replace her? Would the backlash really be that bad for a 12 episode series based off of a series of LNs that didn't sell well?
And there are 11 volumes, so they can squeeze at least one more season in, can't they?
>By the way, does anyone have an idea what they'll do about the fourth part of Tamayura?
It's been playing in cinemas for about a month now. Pretty sure I've seen one anon with an early Blu-ray release in the buyfag threads too.
Miyu can be replaced in shows that made money.
This show was a flop in the 2-3k range. Its not getting a second shot unless something retarded happens like FUNishit throws money at it (They did partially fund mediocrity like Dimension W).
Who knows? Maybe the premise wasn't good enough. Maybe reading assmad from Annafags got frustrating. Maybe he's emulating dystopian satire non-endings.
Daily reminder Ayame needs her arms and legs chopped off with a chainsaw and raped.
How did Haganai end? I stopped paying attention to it.
MC better not have fucked up on that promise with the blonde. Then again, he was a fucking pathetic retard who pissed me off, so no doubt that would have fucked it up.
>Maybe he's emulating dystopian satire non-endings.
I didn't read the LNs, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong:
It felt like all of the dystopian sci-fi and social commentary was just superficial window dressing for a same-ish plot. I didn't notice any shout-outs to Philip K. Dick (outside of the title of one episode, but that was a Wikipedia-tier reference) or anything reminiscent of Tom Stoppard. What I did see was the obligatory ultraman joke and a bunch of shounen memes.
The only real underlying motif I picked up on was "the history of Japanese pornography according to 2ch". Billy walking in and telling Tanukichi that he got him mad now wouldn't have seemed out of place.
MC dated the fake trap for a year, blonde got nothing but is still lusting after MC dick and is going to the same college as him, bully becomes blonde's butler and is also in charge of the family fortune for some reason.
How do you put up with someone like Kajou?
>10% PLOT probably means Anna or some insane sexual deviant who isn't Anna doing lewd shit
Author is weird as fuck.
Ok, who the hell thought that this was a decent caption?
this is a slavic woman married to a japanese man who is attempting to censor everything indecent in the name of love
Meanwhile in things I managed to find:
You don't happen to have the full version of the pic that you've attached?
Well MC told Senna he'd date her after high school but then immediatly starts dating the fake trap. He also confessed to the science chick while he was dating the fake trap but she turned him down. After all that the fake trap dumps him as well. That coupled with the weird as fuck butler thing makes it pretty shitty. But most people probably dislike it because nobody won in the end and nothing was really resolved.
Probably depends on how much you dislike Yozora.
Also keep in mind that she basically owns Sena's entire family, can bully them at will and going by the reign of terror comments she probably does bully them at will. All of this because Sena was to desperate for friendship that she didn't realize Yozora was purposely treating her like shit and had her family take Yozora in after Yozora's mother got sick of having a Yozora for a daughter..
Yeah, but which character are you referring to as 'Fake Trap'?
Also, Okuma confessed to Fuwa?
Goddamn, I really wish Japanese sex puns weren't so hard to translate into english, if only so I can catch up on the references made in these threads
"Lick my feet slave"
Me I want to
body-meld with her
I think i am a little late and the thread became waifu fagging, but i will give my review of Why the series failed:
Too much stupity and lack of communication from the MCs.
There is always some suspension of belief in animes, but the MCs were too much. Simply imbecile. No real plan, no sense of progress, not even being able to make their ideas clear, at the same time muh love triangle, beta MC loved a girl for all his life and after he saves her and she starts loving him, he changes his mind. Overall stupid decisions by everyone
Instead of trying some character development like "hey Anna, what you doing is lewd as fuck" and seeing how she reacts with opposing emotions, no, DICK JOKES LOL.
Even the ending wreaks of "if Anna was stopped a lot sooner" progress would be made beyond an annoying girl being allowed to go "DUDE PENIS AND VAGINA LMAO".
I will say author not knowing how to pace his story was a severe weakness.
>Most of the bullshit in this story went too far due to beta MC taking someone's speech too seriously
>The yandere shit pushed Anna into the nope.avi zone didn't help either
>The 2 Best episodes from the anime were the anime original, because in them (and only in them) there was a feeling of progress and acomplisment
The LN author couldnt pace for shit
Other than some volume 6 pics of her looking really sexually frustrated we never really see the turbo slut side of her.
She's also close friends with beta-kun's mom.
>No real plan.
They had various plans throughout the series, mainly within the school. I can only imagine them branching away from that eventually but I feel like there wasn't enough episodes to see them do that.
>no sense of progress.
Agreed but again, it's a short series, it's kind of hard to progress the story in a measly 10-11 episodes or however much there were.
>at the same time muh love triangle.
Who? There was barely any romance in the entire show.
>and she starts loving him.
Lusting after his dick like a madwoman was not what beta-kun wanted, it was the "pure" version of Anna that he idealized. When she turned out to be completely different from that, he backed the fuck off. It really isn't that confusing or out there.
I really hate to say this but I think you took the show way too seriously. First and foremost it was a comedy, you can say it wasn't funny, but that doesn't mean that isn't what it tried to do.
I agree that there wasn't nearly as much focus on Anna as there should have been, but wanting serious character development from a show that doesn't take most of itself seriously was pretty dumb.
Vibrator episode was pretty cool but episode 12 was just weird hot springs episode as a reward for beating a nutjob and Binkan getting to pretend to be relevant longer than episode 11.
Once the love triangle talks about edgy shit about Anna's sanity we aren't sure anymore.
>You will never held in the tub by a cute muscular slav girl
Because the author wanted to make dick jokes more than go to potentially funnier things like Sophia wanting to jump beta-kun's bones.
Its got some decent world building but he focused too much on the penis humor.
>tfw she didn't do much other than have a lewd design and made the betamax 5% less spineless
So much potential sucked up by a girl who is eternally a vulgar little boy
In fairness to Haganai, I originally thought the author would end it with nobody winning and them just being friends at a club scene. That's apparently what he thought too. He just wrote too much romance and he had to get it out fo the way before returning to the original ending he'd envisioned, which is a sign of how much of a cuck he is that he can't even adapt to his own story.
Kodaka confessed to Rika, she rejected him.
Yukimura then immediately mouth-raped Kodaka and confessed to him, and he said yes because he realized that, out of all the girls, Yukimura had been pursuing him from day 1 and done everything she could to win him over.
They both resign from the Neighbor's Club because the author needed DRAMABOMB so he could get them back in with the Neighbor's Club as friends since they couldn't be friends with all the girls Kodaka rejected.
Kodaka starts dating her over the course of their last year in high school while not ever once setting foot in the Neighbor's Club. They go on fun dates, get parental approval, and dress cute, but he still feels like he wants to go back to the club and he gets depressed. Finally, the week before Christmas, Yukimura gives him an ultimatum: Go on a Christmas date with her and take her virginity, or break up with her and go to the Neighbor's Club Christmas party.
And that's where the series ends. Kodaka breaks up with Yukimura at the Christmas Party, they all shout "Normalfags REEEEEEEEE" and play dark hot pot again.
Yeah there was more.
They just decided to stop shitposting unless its for some odd circlejerks.
Some people get that irrationally enraged. Too bad its entirely justified.
Daily reminder Kajo is made for brutal raping and dismemberment
>tfw you can't live up to the ideals of the person you love and get nothing
Anna probably should've killed him rather than spare him. Yeah it would mean she crossed the line completely but knowing you'll get nothing justifies murder.
