How do you even stretch out Planetarian's story for that long?

It's a fairly short kinetic novel, how will they extend it to include a movie after 5 episodes, will they just animate the epilogue drama CD aswell.

This is clearly going to be a masterpiece.

I thought planetarian might make for a really good anime, but I didn't think they would ever actually do it.

The ending scene of the movie will be Junker going to heaven and being crushed with despair when he finds out robots and humans don't share the same heaven. This is the fate that awaits the two.
