5 episode+1 movie confirmed.
Director: Tsuda Naokatsu
It's a fairly short kinetic novel, how will they extend it to include a movie after 5 episodes, will they just animate the epilogue drama CD aswell.
I thought planetarian might make for a really good anime, but I didn't think they would ever actually do it.
Personally I would end the story with this song playing over film style end credits:
I expect they'll at least make a new version of the song.
The main character looks decent, but they could have made him look a little rougher.
I think they published sidestories in other formats. Maybe they'll adapt some of those.
The ending scene of the movie will be Junker going to heaven and being crushed with despair when he finds out robots and humans don't share the same heaven. This is the fate that awaits the two.
Oh, I see. That make sense then, can they really do a movie of just the Drama CD I wonder.
The planetarium doesn't look as beat up as I thought.
Well this is going to be depressing.
Do not fist android girls.
What a shit.
Hopefully he just sticks to the source.
Pretty hyped for this though, looks nice, always thought this would be something that worked better in anime form, really hope they do the planetarium scene justice visuals-wise.
I guess we finally know what the Junker looks like.
Kinda glad he isn't middle aged like so many fans think, that shit wouldn't have made any sense. If the war began 30 years ago, and the rain started when he was a kid, wouldn't he be in his mid-20s?

I wonder if anyone is going to bother ripping the video from these sites in the first place.
Are they gonna stretch the VN out a bit, or are they gonna somehow put in the other side stories, too?
Aye, he look pretty clean and well kept for someone who wander the wasteland daily and gather junks.
>JoJo part 4 anime
>now a Planetarian anime
Is the sky falling?
I suppose. I do like how his faded colour design is a massive contrast to Yumemi's colourful design.
read it yearly.
Why do you enjoy hurting yourself.
