From what? Their cash cow went with Khara. Anno's studio owns everything from Evangelion.

As far as I know they're doing some odd jobs, I think they helped Shaft with animating some of Kizumonogatari.

As far as I can tell, Gainax still owns most of the rights to Evangelion, except for the Rebuild series. They also own the rights to PSG, TTGL, and FLCL (which is getting a Toonami-backed sequel some time next year)

No, I'm pretty sure Khara owns all the rights from Evangelion and its characters, even the old series.
They even re-released it on Blu-ray.
