First time I've seen a chart like this. It's a cool idea but isn't it kind of pointless? Like, aren't there dozens of series where in-universe the protagonist becomes a literal god over everything? Like in TTGL, isn't Simon pretty much omnipotent at the end, as it's implied that he could bring Nia back but won't because it'd go against the Spiral and stuff. Giorno too, GE Requiem's ability is just some bullshit like anyone who opposes Giorno just ceases to exist? What about Haruhi? Or that fag from Mirai Nikki who gets to recreate the universe?

How do you compare these?

Characters at the top are, or are close to genuine omnipotents. That pretty much means they're above everything, and win by default. Characters in the special tier are ones with powers who can't be accurately measured.

Simon and TTGL are limited by Spiral Power. If he was truly omnipotent, then there wouldn't have even been a fight at the end.
