The girls are pretty weak in design and character. The first half of the episode was boring but I think it's going to be fun now they're at sea if they don't go 'training exercise' and they're actually on the run.

The premise is interesting and it's nice to see some actual stakes this time but I'll be cautiously optimistic.

This boat could sink very fast if they fuck it up.

The story here involves some sort of conspiracy as far as I can see. Shoehorning a subplot of "hard work vs talent" into this would be pretty nonsensical.
